DNP discussion.

so everyone, here i am quite recently learning about DNP, and all the side effects, health risks, death, etc. im seeing guys who take 600mgs/day and eat 1k cals a day, dropping up to 2lbs a day. before and after pics just spanning over 2 weeks that would blow peoples minds. I know this isn't technically a steroid, but i haven't really seen to many discussions about it. has anyone here every tried it? whats your opinions on it? Would you try taking it? if yes, why? if no, why?

also, my opinion on it stands like this. The results are indeed more then impressive. in two weeks you could cut weight that would take months, BUT i would much rather take my time, and not risk my health. Is it tempting? yes. would i try it? definitely not in the near future. In the distant future? still on the side of no.
 
while you are on DNP you might not lose as much weight as you think because the body will retain water. it is when you stop taking it and its out of your system where the results really show

its a very harsh compound and while on it you will feel like absolute shit.. you will be extremely de-hydrated on it 24/7 and you will wake up at night with a drenched bed.

the risk is its got a hefty half life so if you run too much and get yourself in trouble with it you could easily kill yourself

I would never recommend anyone take it at all, but if you do then for best results you need to get in cardio and eat good on it. don't just take it and be a couch potato and expect to get the best results from it.
 
DNP is completely unnecessary and not worth the risks associated.

If you can't loose weight - fix your diet and training. You don't need DNP. You can literally cook yourself on the inside out.

If you want to supplement your diet and training with something, Cardarine GW stacked with n2slin is going to be your best option.

Cardarine is drug that binds to the PPAR receptor and is non-hormonal. Cardarine increases the expression of genes involved in the expenditure of energy, stimulates glucose uptake in skeletal muscle tissue and burns fat by stimulating fatty acid oxidation.
N2slin is a non-stimulant fat burner and powerful nutrient partitioner. It increases insulin sensitivity of muscle cells and helps partition the food you eat into muscle cells and away from fat cells.
Take 20mg of cardarine gw per day. 10mg AM 10mg PM
Take 2 tablets N2slin 30 minutes before each meal you eat that contains a significant amount of carbohydrates.

Both are stimulant free and non-hormonal. You need to be careful with all these stimulant based fat burners. Overdoing it on the stimulants will greatly increase cortisol levels and lead to adrenal fatigue. Counterproductive to any fat loss or muscle building goals.
 
i see, thanks for your insight fellas. i just love learning about new shit, and this DNP stuff really interests me, not because im planning on taking it, i just enjoy learning new things, and this is very interesting to me. lol
 
Why can't people just use a treadmill for fat loss, it makes me sad :,( . But seriously, DNP is the only compound thats actually going to give you serious fat loss compared to other compounds used like t3 or clen etc. that are no better than a treadmill. This is infact a negative people see that this shit really works and jump on it, problem is people continue to eat carbs whilst using this causing that insane heat effect that can be fatal. If someone were to use it, which is stupid, you really need to run it in a keto sort of fashion to ensure optimal results but also to mitigate against the uncoupling effect which causes so much heat 'by product' (the uncoupling will still happen of course, but not so much as if you're shoveling carbs in), and I believe this was what Dan Duchaine talked about when he wrote about it as regards the Russian army using it in Winter to keep warm.

But anyway, dont use it, its all UGL stuff and the real critical issue is that the effective dosage is so close to the LD50 dosage that its just to dangerous to trust coming outta someones bath tub. Just my old man opinion.
 
hey, your opinion is still valid, old or not! ;) you make great points, and i heard of the Russian thing before, its actually quite genius really. I mean, of all the shit Russian special forces go through, im sure the dnp side effects to them, are like cold medicine side effects to the normal man. lol

yeah, that's the vibe im getting here, and im in the same boat. i mean, AAS have a risk all them self, then adding something like DNP is just irresponsible really.
 
Honestly the shit I hear about DNP and how you sweat so bad and get nasty body odor.. I wouldn't mess with it. I'd rather have bad body odor smelling like chemicals while running Crystal Meth for a month if I'm trying to cut! At least it'll give you energy and the euphoria is amazing! So is the focus! Then again I shouldn't condone the use of any drugs so don't go and do Meth just because I say it's better lol I think hard work and a solid diet is best. And if you still want to try DNP just be careful!
 
It still amazes me why do people use such compounds as DNP, albuterol, clenbuterol, ephedrine, t3/4, etc, when they have such good, effective and safe alternatives as Cardarine GW, N2Slin, good old cardio, and proper diet? All of these compounds can bring along a lot of negative consequences, many of which are hard to deal with. Therefore, the alternatives mentioned above are a much better and wiser choice to make. As for precisely DNP - I would not come even close to it. Its effects are definitely not worth all the risks associated.

You can not really call cardarine safe.
I suppose next to DNP it is the safe of the two but there arent many long term studies to deem many fat loss products as safe.
 
Take a baseline body temperature without DNP, then a temperature with DNP. If you are getting a temperature raise it's working. I'm not experienced with it, but it sounds like people take too much DNP trying to get extremely rapid fat loss.
 
I'm running 200mg crystal dnp.
Pretty sure it's bunk as no sides

it should stain yellow anything it comes in contact with.

2nd you might not get sides for a few days and if you live where its cold you might not notice you feel warmer

well you do sweat on DNP, even if its 50 degrees and you are in your shorts you still sweat. so the body has ways to cool itself down and adjust temperature... also water retention will happen on DNP as well, another way the body cools itself down. people do not have enough respect for how smart our bodies are.
 
i wouldl say dnp, insulin, and some new stuff sarms , i just dont know a lot about them( sarms) are just not worthed. to much risk and why even do it.. for fat loss ????

like everyone said there us much safer stuff..
