Do you make sure to keep all AAS related gear sterile? Should I wipe everything down in alcohol just to be safe?

My TRT doctor taught me to wipe the top of the vial and injection site. Syringes should be sterile out of the pack and never reuse them.

in all honesty i don't wipe shit. i just make sure my skin and hands are clean and the place I pin is a clean place, not the gym locker room for example

Yes. You can never be too careful. Always sanitize the top of the steroid vile before every injection.

you are gonna want to get some large rolls of plastic and tape off an area of your room. hook up a small vacuum to one wall to get all the air out.
now also make sure to have a rubber suit, some duck tape, 3 ice cubes, and a 9 iron.

other then that i just use wipe and wipe off the area of injection.

I do as some others have said......wipe the injection site and the top of the vial. Easy as that. I have forgot before and never had an issue though.
