Well, theoretically it can affect your sperm count, but I am not sure if it will have an effect on sperm quality. Remember, it is not only about the sperm count, quality also matters a lot.

Your chance for becoming infertile greatly increases by using any extraneous steroid (even doctor prescribed testosterone replacement therapy). Using steroids will suppress your body's natural testosterone production and reduce your sperm count. It is very individual. Some people are still able to get their wives pregnant while on steroids and some people are not.

Man and this is why I waited not to jump on the gear when I was 20 even having it on my hand at the time... I just didn't want to risk messing my body up at that age.

About 6 years ago I did just a 6 week dbol cycle (was 32 then) 6 weeks after taking it the wife fell pregnant so it can't be soooo bad on the fertility not for me at least. And yes before any comments i am the father
