Does HGH increase blood pressure?

I was curious to know if blood pressure will be raised while on HGH? My father is currently on HGH and asked me to find out if there is any correlation between the two. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

it can due to initial water retention

i do find it hard to beleive though that this would be a problem at a sensible dosage. is your dad a heavy guy?

are you getting 4700 mg of potassium per day and eating 2300 mg or less with your sodium? thats likely your culprit... most people are nowhere near where they should be on potassium intake...

Water retention can cause this but that side effect shouldn't last more than a couple weeks. I would look at other factors like diet when looking at high blood pressure.

HGH might cause a very minimal increase in blood pressure since mild water retention is a side effect of HGH.

The increase in blood pressure should go away a couple weeks after starting the HGH though. Your body eventually becomes used to the compound and the water retention side effect goes away
