Elbow Pain

Hey guys,

My arm has been a pain in the ass the last 2 months. The pain goes away and then comes back. And I can really feel it when I do like hammer curls or something. I've been on ostarine for 2 months and I'm currently on a cycle so I'm trying my best to workout my body in ways that will avoid hitting that spot.

My question is... any idea why I can't seem to shake this injury or why it won't heal? Any recommendations on things I can do. I have a doctors apt next week but I'm sure he'll just tell me stop working out and rest it.

Thanks

You have Tendonitis of the Elbow.
If the Pain isn't going away, you need to see a Good Physical Therapist.
I would recommend having the "Graston Technique" done.
I had this done a couple of years ago, and my Elbow is still 100%.
And my Tendonitis was so bad, I couldn't even turn a Doorknob without severe pain that went from my Wrist to my Elbow....................... JP
P.S.
Here's a link to when I had it done.

JP recommended the Graston Technique and it definitely helped me--- I have gone to about 5 sessions now and there is a huge improvement. I plan to go once a week for the next 4 weeks and then whenever it flares up again.

Add in fish oil to your current supplement stack. Fish oil is AWESOME. It's truly the best natural anti-inflammatory supplement you can take. It will also increase muscle insulin sensitivity, improve cholesterol levels and reduce blood pressure.

In my opinion, the best joint supplement stack you can put together is:
A good joint supplement like n2joint rx from n2bm.com + 25mg ostarine + 3-6g of a high quality fish oil per day

This will actually help heal and repair your joints and ligaments, along with reducing pain and inflammation.

how many fish oil capsules would equate 3 grams? is flameout one of the best? if not what is the best or top few?

what JP said was absolutely right

but I will go back a bit more. inflammation is the body trying to heal itself. so you obviously have an injury in the elbow that is trying to heal, so when you lift weights it sets yourself back more. you can either continue to lift and avoid things that bother it, or you can just stop lifting your upper body and stick to legs for a month straight. sometimes you gotta just give the body a rest bro.

i highly recommend whatver you decide to do to see a GOOD physical therapist, no reason not to especially if you have good insurance

I would suggest resting the injured arm and letting it start to heal. These injuries are easy to get while on cycle. Your strength goes up so you continue to increase weight but the tendons cannot handle such a quick increase. Definitely leave it alone until the doc looks at it.

As much as you dont want to hear it, but I would also agree that you need to give your elbow some rest. Choose exercises which do not put pressure on it.
