Empty stomach supps

Is it recommended to take supplements with an empty stomach? Cause medicine ive taken says I must eat. Same rule apply ???

Some supplements are fat soluble so it's usually best to take them with a small meal

Nope. Fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) are better to take along with a meal (containing some amount of fat) for optimal absorption.

We get this question weekly...….it makes no difference. Just depends on the sensitivity of your stomach.
