I interviewed Darrem Charles many years ago and he claimed he didn't use any stims at all. For him, getting cut was easy. Maintaining size was his struggle. Or so he said.

As always the majority, if not all (as a few actually do tell), of these podcasts are best guess when it comes to PED use. We talk about what was available and in use at that time. Darrem's shape is inherently genetic - he still has great shape (if smaller) now. So I'd guess he used PEDs to keep that size.

Of course stims aren't AAS.
