Expected muscle loss?

Hello
Im on a long cycle of 750mgs test cyp for 3 years now, threw some tren in here and there and right now i am 5'8, 220lbs and around 10-12% bf at 23 years old.
I plan on coming off in early 2017 for as long as it takes to get fertility again so i can get a kid, i expect it to take a year or so..i will still keep training and eat clean during my off time, but how much would i most likely have to expect to lose, weightwise? Im currently cutting so i can eat some more calories during my time off and not care that much about bodyfat..please dont make this a discussion about actually cycling and not cruising on high doses, its what i did and any discussion about it doesnt really help me out so ontopic answers are very much appreciated

As much as I hate to break it to you, you will loose muscle when you come off the steroids. That's just the truth of the matter. I am NO where near the size I was when I was using steroids. There is a reason pro-bodybuilders never come off, or if they do come off, it's only for short periods of time.

That being said, you will regain the muscle you lost quick when you get back on a steroid cycle because of muscle memory.

How much you loose? It's impossible to say. There are so many factors involved. You are young so if you follow a REALLY good PCT like the perfect PCT protocol, your natural testosterone production should bounce back and the amount of muscle you loose shouldnt be too bad -> http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/

My advice to you is to run the perfect PCT protocol, focus on getting your wife/girlfriend pregnant, and then get back on steroids. You will regain all the lost muscle fast and having a kid is a life changing experience. Think big picture. Being a bit smaller for a couple months isn't the end of the world. Having a child with your girlfriend/wife will change your life however.

Oh boy, there are soooo many factors that come into play, you have no idea. It depends on how good you recover, how well you train, diet, stress, sleep, rest, etc.

You might barely lose anything, you might lose everything. It depends a lot.

I've been asked this question ~ Ad Nauseam.

My Best answer is Don't Loose Focus on your Diet and Training.

So many people come off a Cycle, and their Diet and Training just Falter, their Diet goes to Hell, and they loose their Focus on their Training.

If you do your PCT, and keep doing the things that got you where you are, you may not loose that much.

If on the other hand, you start eating at McDonald's, and only go to the Gym twice a week, all your Gains will disappear, and you'll start putting on Fat................ JP

i lost near 10 kgs but regain 6 kgs back within 2-3 months with proper diet, training n recovery so come off n concentrate what guys above said.

what you are doing here is not cycling, so why are you calling 3 years straight on huge amounts of gear 'cycling'?

cycling is going on for 12 weeks, PCT, then off for 12 weeks.. rinse and repeat. it isn't just staying on for years

you went on steroids at 20, now are 23. your balls are grass and your HPTA is going to be wrecked for life. i hate to break it to you but you will 99% likely have to go on TRT already. i hope you have good insurance and i hope you find a doctor crooked enough to prescribe TRT to someone your age.

I will say if your stats are accurate you are a fucking HORSE. you are bigger than NFL running backs at your size. Jones Drew was 5 7 and 207 pounds.. you are about his height and weigh 13 pounds more, with a bit more body fat. and he had trunk size legs. however had you cycled steroids the right way you could have achieved the same results over time WITHOUT fucking up your HPTA.

anyway hypothetically speaking considering you were running so much gear + tren at such a young age, i would say the first thing you will notice when you come off is your strength will crash hard then level out. you will lose size. it has been proved that the longer it takes to build muscle, the more permanent those gains are. what you should do to prevent catabolism and wasting is run SARM's

It is impossible to tell exactly how much you will lose, if anything at all - there are just too many factors involved in the determining of how much of your gains you will be able to keep once you come off testosterone. Some people lose a lot, others less....and even such subtile factors as stress and bad sleep can make a crucial difference. Therefore, you can only do as much as you can - keep training hard, sleep enough hours per day, eat properly....and you should be relatively fine to the extent of the possible. Make sure to run a very complete PCT protocol, since it is quite a long time that you have been using testosterone.

I had my first kid when I was on the gear for over a year straight. Maybe I was lucky but the other two seemed even easier once I was off the gear.

Well, at least its going to be interesting what my natural limit would be, since i guess i will keep at least the amout of muscle i would have built naturally..its weird, i really didnt gain much size over the last year, even though i did heavy bulks where i hit a maxweight of around 245 - 250 lbs with ofc higher bodyfat %.
Strength didnt really go up much over the last year either, mainly because of injuries (pec tear and quad tear in july 2015). Im gonna get sperm tested when i finished my cut and then maybe post a blog on here about my recovery, with all the negatives and positives until fully recovered.
