Fat Burners

Tell us more what of what you actually did? Did you train 23 hours a day? Any cardio? Did you drop all carbs?

okay you ready for a non cliched response? you might not like the answer but here it goes:

the ironic thing is that diet coaches, the government, doctors, etc etc have told people to do exercise and eat less for the past 30 years and we keep getting fatter. americans exericse more than any other country. go right now to a tennis court, bball court, soccer field, gym, crossfit, yoga place, etc etc and it will be packed with people trying to better their health. most of those people look like shit but they exercise their balls off regardless

as far as food, if you google simple things like "is canola oil healthy" you get the first thing that pops up that says yes it is. so people are confused as fuck as to what is good and what isn't. i don't blame the victim on this. hell this morning i read a 'study' that showed that men can't be satisfied with 1 women for life.. the study was done by Ashley Madison so no shit.

the body is going to stay at homeostasis, you can cut carbs, you can exercise, you can take fat burners, you can cut calories blah blah blah.. at the end of the day it will work in the short term but long term it won't work cause your body will always go back to homeostasis. to actually change that you need to completely change the way you eat, when you eat, and reduce insulin and cortisol in the body.

now your question above was 'best fat burner'.. and i gave you an answer. i gave you a few good fat burners.

The irrational desire to shed body fat by way of "fat burners" serves to remind me of a friend's child who did not want to actually play in a youth football league. He did, however, wish to sign up and be handed a trophy. I kid you not.

Unbelievable. My kid learned a good lesson recently in swimming. He didn’t get a trophy cause he came in 5th. My daughter came in 2nd and also most improved so she did get a trophy (2 in fact). My son lost his mind. I basically told him he didn’t try his best cause I know he was faster than most. So now he is determined next year to get one. He will place in top 3 I am sure now and now he understands trophies aren’t and shouldn’t be handed out like candy.

i don't blame people for that. blame marketing and phony studies. i see commercials on tv and on the radio for fat burners, they are sold in every store with a ripped guy on the label.. people are naive and gullible. they don't know any different

99% of fat burners are bullshit, just a bunch of stims

So the moral of these stories is that there are no shortcuts; no "miracle" cures, only hard work and dedication. Yes, "fat burners" are no less mythical than "God."
 
In the past, when I was 80 kg, I tried DNP up to 1000 mg a day, at the end of a 4 week cycle. I dropped down to 63 kg. look like shit. burned so much muscle and muscle. I looked soft since no glycogen, no water inside + muscles lost.
post cycle, I eat clean and started workouts, I went up to 72 kg in 2 weeks and I was like somewhere like 5 % BF. my skin was so thin.
unfortunately, Im a typical endo and gave up clean dieting end up samewhere in a year.
the most important is clean diet and insulin management.

On the other hand, ephedrine (with caffeine) works well for me preworkout and keeps me less hungry but the downside is u need to cycle it, the receptors become less responsive by time.
these helped me but nothing is more consistent then eating clean.

Absolutely, stevesmi! Therefore, the solution lies in the development of critical thinking skills which enable us to separate fact from manipulative fiction.
 
There are no fat burners in the sense of a miracle drug that will melt fat. What exists are things that can help in certain specific situations. Say appetite control is your issue, then something like EC would help you in that area. Say you hate doing cardio or have a tough time with it, cardarine can make a huge difference in that regard. Still though, the best thing for overall fat loss will always be eating in a deficit with clean whole foods and a good exercise program.
 
Steve, im getting bad sides from n2burn. Really bad anxiety, this feeling that the capsule is stuck in my esophagus. I wont dare taking it past 4pm because i wont sleep at night. Freaked me out laying in bed wide awake when i usually pass out quick.

I love n2bm products but im not sure if this is for me. Shittt part is i bought 4 bottles on the email deal ><

reduce the dosage bro.. the stuff is powerful as fuck trust me.

i would take it in the AM with some light food and water.

Exactly. Just like fat burners and steroids. There is no miracle pill for either to give you what you want. One must bust their ass with hard work, dedication, diet, rest, motivation, sweat, and sometimes tears.

Quite true. Steroids are a very small part of it all. They are but a single tool in the toolbox. The sooner the newbie comes to undertand that, the better off he'll be.
 
Yeap. Ramped up to that. The last week of 5. It was merck brand. Real thing. Still have 200 gr. Has been many years.

But 1000mgs is a lot ... I never heard of anyone taking that kind of dose .

I always stick with the tried and true ECA stack (ephedrine, Caffeine, aspirin).

I have used clen, it worked just didnt like the side effects (pouring sweat, heart racing, muscle cramping).

Cardarine works well to but it technically isnt a fat burner it just increased endurance but in a caloric deficit your stamina is still through the roof.


T3/T4 - I havent tried only due to the fact that ve seen horror stories where people have messed with their thyroid and ill pass.
