This last weekend was rough. I wasn’t gone long, but between flying out early, being up really late and not sleeping well then the gym at 0300, Sunday activities with the family, superbowl, more shitty sleep, gym at 0300 again, then taking a redeye home….i am fucking exhausted and took today off and will just do cardio Tomorrow then back in the Saddle on Friday!!

Got my ass up and did 45 minutes of cardio this morning. I split it between bike and treadmill.
I was exhausted and felt like I was trying to run through mud.
I picked up a bug in Utah..my niece went back to college sick with covid, after the anniversary party.
So today I will do some work, chill, double my electrolyte intake and probably won’t eat until this afternoon. It feels like I need to clean…I guess that is a good description.

Anger is bad fuel
There is no more stupefying thing than anger, nothing more bent on it’s own strength. If successful, none more arrogant, if foiled, none more insane-since its not driven by weariness or even in defeat, when fortune removes it adversary it turns it’s teeth on itself.

Know yourself, keep yourself accountable and when you feel the anger, stop, use the space that is in between the actions that angered you and your response. Take the route with the least conflict and be at peace with yourself and live today because tomorrow isn’t promised, life is exciting and good and you never know when life will change, or what crazy exciting things will present themselves.

ALTHOUGH I am considering instead of Tren A, using ananvar at the beginning 4 weeks and final 4
20mg a day, 10 crushed under my tongue before the gym and take 10mg later in the day.
