That product you are recommending has ephedrine in it - no wonder she loses weight with it. One question out of curiosity - did she start having insomnia, head aches, and jittery hands? It is not a good idea to use stims for fat loss - it is neither effective on the long run, nor is it healthy.

Pretty much. Stimulants are great for cutting appetite and increasing energy but they aren't fat burners.

In fact, stimulants can actually be counterproductive if abused because they will raise cortisol levels and lead to adrenal fatigue.

I am not an anti-stimulant guy but they should not be used daily or year round.

I bet her diet is good too. You don't lose weight by just taking a pill. Those don't exist. If they did everyone would take them and be lean.
