Let it cook for on high for 5 hours, then on low 2-3 hours. It will be like cotton when done. You should get about 3-4 days of a one bowl snack ...........................AnalogMan

I have egg white poppers... What I do is take 10 eggs and hard boil them... I cut out the yolks and fill them with peanut butter crunch whey from n2bm... Then I squirt them down with warm water... Then I heat them several times in the microwave... They are oozing with peanut butter protein... I also have a bowl of oatmeal... Sometimes I top them with oatmeal and sometimes I just eat them as they are... They are UNBELIEVABLY good and zero fat... Loaded with protein... I finish with a casein shake...
