Mine is , One 1/2 Cups" Cottage Cheese" , 2 scoops of "Whey Protein", One " Greek Yogurt", 1/4 cup of crushed "Almonds" along with 1/4 cup of " Almond Milk" put it in a bowl , mix it up real good, and your good to go........AnalogMan

I usually just eat a bit of greek yogurt or a quick bowl of cereal
 
Here's another good snack that's easy.. Take 6 chicken breasts, put them in a Crock Pot, add one can of cream of chicken soup and sour cream.. Let it cook for on high for 5 hours, then on low 2-3 hours. It will be like cotton when done. You should get about 3-4 days of a one bowl snack ...........................AnalogMan

Oh DUDE, Brilliant!!!! I love the crock pot, it is my goto for cooking big weekend meals! Thanks for the recipe, gonna give it a whirl friday.
 
Okay pay attention gentlemen I'm gonna blow your minds ... First you gotta get two yes TWO slices of whole grain bread then you face them close together but not touching ... Then get some all natural peanut butter and some natural jam and plastered those bad boys up and down with that delicious blend if you really wanna
Be crazy you cut up an apple or banana and layer that bitch up and down then make those slices of bread hug ... Aka a pbj it's IMO the best snack and meal when bulking
 
When I was doing my dirty bulk I would kill 6 whole eggs, 2 sirloins, and a cup of oatmeal with whole milk for my last meal. I am working on keeping body fat down while maintaining 225 plus, and I miss that meal!!!
 
I have egg white poppers... What I do is take 10 eggs and hard boil them... I cut out the yolks and fill them with peanut butter crunch whey from n2bm... Then I squirt them down with warm water... Then I heat them several times in the microwave... They are oozing with peanut butter protein... I also have a bowl of oatmeal... Sometimes I top them with oatmeal and sometimes I just eat them as they are... They are UNBELIEVABLY good and zero fat... Loaded with protein... I finish with a casein shake...

bro, i kid you not that once you get it down on how to make it right its so good... i look forward to it every day... LOL seriously, its that good... it takes about 1.5 to scoops of protein... break it down... 10 egg whites = 170 calories and 60 grams of protein with no fat... 1.5 scoops of wtbm is 180 calories almost 35 grams of protein and no fat... total 350 calories and 95 grams of protein... pretty damn good meal... that's how we stay lean and ripped while gaining muscle... :D
 
Around 10pm I like to snack on pussy, zero fat ,zero calories ...tastes awesome.
 
1 scoop of hydrowhey,
I spoon peanut butter ,
1 cup of milk ,
Some nuts and seeds (can't remember what I've got in the container but I know there good lol )

Blend and drink ....add some (not a lot) cocoa powder if you want a chocolate flavour not sweetened though just dark rich cocoa powder
 
It changes quite often for me but my last meal tonight is gonna be-
1oz peanut butter
1oz cashew butter
.5 oz macadamia but butter
20 grams honey
40 grams apple
2 wild rice cakes
6 oz non fat Greek yogurt

And then an hour or two later
16oz raw organic nonfat milk
2 scoops Ntbm isolation
1/4 pack vsl #3 DS

About 1100 calories between the two snacks and fits my macro totals perfect for the day(3500 cals, 35p 35c 30f, off day).
 
1/4 cup of oatmeal with 2 tablespoons for flax seed, dash of cinnamon with some flavored creamer and fake butter spray along with stevia. Pretty lame lol
 
2 slices of raisin ezekial bread with this fairly healthy peanut butter without hydrogenated oil called "Bee's Knees" that has honey mixed in with it. It is literally the bee's knees.
