Feeling tired on dbol

Hey guys I'm on my 4th day on 30mgs of dbol split through out the day and My sleep changed I'm still getting 9-10 hours of sleep every night but when I wake up I feel very tired and end up taking naps 2-3 hours after waking up can't even go to the gym
 
Feeling lethargic on oral steroids is very normal. Especially anadrol and dbol. There isn't much you can do about it.

Part of what is contributing to the lethargy is the fact that they are liver toxic oral steroids. Using a good liver aid supplement, such as N2guard from n2bm.com, with your cycle will help reduce the lethargy somewhat.

I have always found that "Liv.52," milk thistle, high quality fish oil and a very clean diet are the best way to compensate for the lethargy that orals often induce.

My current cycle involves Clen, and the aforementioned measures have prevented the onset of lethargy.
 
Both muskates & portoflios methods would help you out. Also what I noticed that I had huge lethargy due to vitamin D deficiency, but I doubt this is the case if it suddenly started with taking dbol.
 
I'm tired too. In my 3rd week of Dianabol - methandrostenolone - 50mgs e/d.

nobody has mentioned the likely culprit which is water retention. you should be using an AI from day 1. if you carry around water all day of course you will feel like shit

also gaining too much, too fast goes hand in hand. perhaps you should have built a stronger base so you weren't filling out your muscles so fast (which are temporary gains anyway)

this is an example of steroid use being counter productive, if you can't even lift cause you are so tired then how is this helping you?
 
All good suggestions above. The most important things when running oral steroids that are liver toxic such as dbol are:
1. Use an AI from day 1 like aromasin at 10mg EOD
1. Drink at least a gallon of water each day
3. Use a good liver protection supplement like N2Guard from needtobuildmuscle.com
