fiber every day

Take fiber everyday. You don't need it just for meat.
 
Fiber needs to be incorporated into your daily diet. It's important for digestion, keeping you regular etc. You can eat more fruit and veggies or add more thru supplement form. ...buy you should be eating fiber everyday anyway.
 
I follow the 10g. per 1,000 calorie minimum guidelines. I'm taking in around 3,300 right now so I aim for at least 33 grams. I'm usually around 45-55 anyway though haha.
 
If you have a solid diet you should need to worry about fiber. Comes with the territory. Fruits and vegi's will get you what you need.

Not to mention if you're eating carbs like oats, whole grain pasta, sweet taters and the like, you'll get plenty of fiber.

To make it even more effective, take both soluble and insoluble fibre. Its easy. Get your 500g bag of psyllium husk then get a 500g bag of Wheat Bran. Mix the two together in a big container. Now you have both types of fibre. Put 3-5 heaped teaspoons in a glass of water. Mix and drink immediately. Don't let that it sit there as it turns to jelly and thats pretty ghastly to drink down.

I think that Dave Palumbo's fibre supp is made from that. You can get both from a health food store. Cheap as.

psyllium husk does wonders. i take it everyday and it helps keep me regular
 
Yes take fiber everyday in your diet, in lunch specially. It makes your digestion system stronger.
