hello do I need to take fiber every day or just on the days I eat a lot of meat?
Not to mention if you're eating carbs like oats, whole grain pasta, sweet taters and the like, you'll get plenty of fiber. If you have a solid diet you should need to worry about fiber. Comes with the territory. Fruits and vegi's will get you what you need.

I recommend supplementing with psyllium husk -10g twice a day.
^^ very nice advice.Fiber is essential on so many levels. It will keep you regular and help eliminate toxins from your body. Remember that the faster your fecal matter is removed from your intestines, the less likely the toxins are to be re-absorbed.
I recommend supplementing with psyllium husk -10g twice a day. On top of that, make sure you are eating adequate fruits, vegetables and complex carbohydrates. I order my bulk psyllium husk off true nutrition.com, use code tkz564 to save 5%
Even if you are eating a diet naturally high in fibre, I would still recommend supplementing with psyllium husk. The vast majority of fibre we obtain through the foods we eat is insoluble fibre. Psyllium husk is the highest natural food source of soluble fibre. Soluble fibre absorbs water in your colon and gives your intestines a sort of good 'internal scrubbing'.
