I finished 3rd in my state competition, I want to thank all my buddies who guide me whenever I call them,thank you so much again, I gain a lot of knowledge here,I gave up bodybuilding 12 years ago and started again in January 2016,it is an unbelievable transformation from 73.5 KGS to 92.5 KGS solid lean mass in a year,I'm sure I'm more ready n well aware for future or whenever I ll compete again,thank you!

That's great that you are competing once again. When I was younger I competed in powerlifting competitions . It takes your training to a whole new level. Wish u well in your future indevers.

What was the name of your competition? I'd like to check out the competitors. I also competed back in '08, '09, and '10 and I'd like to get back into it myself. Congrats on the placing, and post a pic from competition day if you have one. It's great motivation for those aiming to get shredded.

Top 3 is nothing to be embarrassed of. Heck, top 10 is a major accomplishment. Bodybuilding shows are extremely competitive now a days. It's hard to even pick out a winner from the top 5. It really comes down to an apples vs orange type of thing.

You did an absolutely awesome job brother. I hope all the tips/suggestions I gave you throughout your contest prep helped.
