Well first off, I am only 20, at 165lbs, I've been working out for almost 3 years now and I have a lot of acknowledge in proper nutrition and training. Even tho I've been doing almost everything right, it's not working for me. Mostly because I have low testosterone. So I am a really hard gainer. It's technically a mental pressure seeing all the guys that knew nothing about proper nutrition and training have way better physique than me now in a really short period of time. So I guess they've been using stuffs to enhance their physiques. A lot of fitness model at this age (around 19-23) have been using stuffs and getting really good results with no hair loss, pitch tits or any problem. I know I am too young to use steroids but it's also a realrlly stressful situation for me not seeing any good results. Beside that, being aesthetic mens physique is the only option for me. Yeah a lot of people might say that 'go and pick another career' but well it's just I really don't have any other option than this. So I would really appreciate it if anyone or admin would suggest me my very first cycle (for lean bulking and also shedding fat at the same time). It's not like I am gonna abuse steroids. I am well aware of that but I want to jump into something just like other fitness models or men's physiques do and not having any short of side effects.
