First cycle advice

Well first off, I am only 20, at 165lbs, I've been working out for almost 3 years now and I have a lot of acknowledge in proper nutrition and training. Even tho I've been doing almost everything right, it's not working for me. Mostly because I have low testosterone. So I am a really hard gainer. It's technically a mental pressure seeing all the guys that knew nothing about proper nutrition and training have way better physique than me now in a really short period of time. So I guess they've been using stuffs to enhance their physiques. A lot of fitness model at this age (around 19-23) have been using stuffs and getting really good results with no hair loss, pitch tits or any problem. I know I am too young to use steroids but it's also a realrlly stressful situation for me not seeing any good results. Beside that, being aesthetic mens physique is the only option for me. Yeah a lot of people might say that 'go and pick another career' but well it's just I really don't have any other option than this. So I would really appreciate it if anyone or admin would suggest me my very first cycle (for lean bulking and also shedding fat at the same time). It's not like I am gonna abuse steroids. I am well aware of that but I want to jump into something just like other fitness models or men's physiques do and not having any short of side effects.

Bro you need to eat big to get big you have to stop worrying. About being aesthetic and eat and train heavy and frequently ...at 20 I was 155 and 5'10" now I'm 24 190 and 10% bf just keep working and revisit aas I'm a couple year or if you really think you need something try sarms why safer

I just have really low testosterone. A lot of Guys at this age are taking steroids and getting desired results tho. So I was wondering if I could pull it off too. I think with proper guildlines I can do it too. Because this is something that really matters to me and it includes pretty much all of my activities.

Man you gotta do things for you... Have you been tested for low t you might just suck at training three years isn't long and if you don't know what you are doing it isn't shit post up a training and diet log and proposed cycle so we can judge better

Haha yes I've checked it. And I never said friends haha . And no it's not because of the girls, my whole life pretty much depends on this. And my training splits and nutrition are quit perfect.

My doctor is critt aerdema from McKay Dee hospital so yeah he's one of the best haha and well umm I don't wanna start with powerful stuffs like d-bol or anything. Cause i am scared of estrogen hormone (bitch tits) and hair loss. And even if I start a cutting cycle, I could still bulk (clean bulk) at the same time cause it totally depends on my calorie intake. So I was actually thinking of a lean bulking (cutting and gaining muslc) at the same time..

Low test? Why didnt the good doc prescribe anything? If he is 'the best'. Honestly by the looks of your posts you have little knowledge of how your body works.

Look bud listen up:
1. You are splitting your training, why? You should be Squatting at least 3x a week with some real load and for high reps. If you post something like "well I hit chest on monday.., bis on tue..." then you really dont know what the hell lifting is about. I dont care what others look like and u shouldnt either. So what if they "used"? You need to have a good solid base, which you lack. If you had some brains you wouldnt even post here asking this kind of question. There is no advice for ppl under 25 y/o unless they prove themselves.

2. I mean to be an ass indeed because its ppl like you who give PEDs a bad rap sheet. Your logic is whack. Scared of estrogen? You probably havent hit puberty yet.

Besides all else if you decide to pin and screw your entire life go ahead but no one here is gonna be sad for you or try to help you later on cuz we all told you so.

You need a hard reality check. Go read, eat 10K calories a day which I doubt you have the money for it and Squat 225x50. When you achieve somewhat a glimpse of common sense come back when you turn 30. There is no fast lane buddy. You must wait and work hard. And dont be such a dork and say things like modelling is your only career path it just makes you sound that much more immature.

PS I dont think this is a real dude anyhow. Just another person trying to upset the balance.

Logan, I know this isn't what you want to hear but this is coming from someone who genuinely cares and wants what is best for you long term.

I started steroids at 18. I really did a number to my health from starting them so young. I actually ended up WORSE off physique wise after I got off them then when I stated. Your body is in a very fragile state at 20. You DO NOT need steroids. Your body is already primed to grow. There is a lot more to building muscle then just testosterone levels.

If you are adamant on using something, at least use SARMS instead. They are a much better alternative. They are still suppressive of your HPTA but no where near the same amount that steroids are. After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

SARMS are minimally suppressive, there is no risk of aromatization (therefore no estrogen related side effects) and legal to use. You can get everything you need off sarms1.com, n2bm.com and ag-guys.com

I personally advise you to use nothing at all. There is so much more to life then how you look. You are thinking that looking a certain way will make you happy - it never will.
 
everything aside you do realize at 20 your body still hasn't matured yet right?

your T levels may not peak for several more years. they are still CHANGING, but they haven't peaked

also are you taking any type of drugs, either rec or Rx? those can definitely suppress your T levels. also poor diet, poor sleep, stress, anxiety.. all that kills T levels..

when I was 20 I didn't even know what T levels were, and here you are stressing out over it, going to doctors, etc. come on man, you don't see that you are mentally causing this issue? unless you have some sort of physical problem that prevents your nuts from functioning correctly then you can fix this problem without being a slave to the needle for the rest of your life

PS. my freshman year of high school I was 115 pounds.. I had a bird chest and those skinny arms. I tried out for football and rode the bench cause I was so tiny. I didn't run to the doc for him to put me on test..I had worse genetics than you which I had to fight through while other guys didn't even lift and were way bigger. so I hit the weight room from 15-18 all natural.. ended up being district champ in weight lifting and 8th in my state against guys who were juiced up with superior genes.

First of all - if you determined that you have low T by running blood work, what were the exact numbers you got on the test? You are still way too young for AAS use, since your body is not fully developed yet, and many changes are yet to come. Personally I was damn skinny till 21, no matter how hard I trained. And then I started to gain mass like crazy. No PED's used. So keep in mind that you need to get completely developed before starting AAS use. The maximum thing you should be considering now are the SARMs, as they are so much safer than steroids, and they will not cause long lasting consequences.

How do you know you got low t? if that being so doc should already give you some prescription. Anyw like most of the guys here I will tell you to eat big and get big that's fundamental.
