Approved Log First Cycle Log from Italy - Testosterone Primobolan

Yes i increased to 20mg yesterday and will do again 20mg on Thursday and assess from there Lev, i will do again bloodwork on Monday ( i receive the results same day so i will be able to assess directly on Monday).

I take it with a fat meal (25 - 30 gr of fat are enough as far as i've read).

My doubt is: if i will be in range, will i need to continue 20mg e3.5 days or i should decrease to 10 eod maybe?
you're doing 20mgs ed? or 20mgs/week? please clarify with the aromasin @Pepty

I started this dosage this week, before i was doing 10 and 10 (except first 2 dosage 20mgs)

Yes i'm trying to lower it as soon as possible, today i will take another 20mg then do bloodwork on Monday and move from there, maybe start 10 mgs EOD or E3.5D to keep it in range.. ^^'

@Pepty never gonna be a nice three-day split like this, looking really solid. Maybe the only suggestion I could say is add in some abs on both your day one and day two to finish.

yeah the abs are one of the few muscle groups you can train daily. i do 25 situps every morning myself even on rest days

Nice job on this. I like the different changes to your carbs and I like the simple exercise. Just be careful on shoulders; you don't want to over train them and tear anything. @Pepty

I’m thinking to stop Reta and/or Cialis, my HR is still high during the night and I’m struggling to recover.
I try to sleep always more than 9 hours (i usually sleep at 10.30 pm to 7.30 - 8 am) but I don’t always feel recovered and I think it’s due to high HR.

I’m also taking Ivabradine 5 mg but not helping so much, maybe I still need to loose water due to high E2?

Anyway tomorrow I will do blood work to check E2 and understand how to move forward.

I will share them with you as soon as I will receive the results.

Retatrutide and cialis works but the high e2 can cause the issue we need blood updates on it @Pepty :D

I would recommend you do a sleep study and get tested for sleep apnea brother! Your symptoms tick all the boxes!
But i mainly get up to go to bathroom because i'm drinking lot of water, i think :D

I've lot of tools (Oura and HelioStrap Amazfit) and don't have any issue on sleep (they're pretty accurate), the only concern is the HR but i hope to fix it soon!

Yeah they maybe accurate but I am not sure how a watch or ring could be more accurate given the procedure for a sleep study, see below example. I was told I have moderate sleep apnea and I use to wake up once a night to go bathroom (referred to as Nocturia). I now use a CPAP machine and never get up to go to the bathroom, and I drink a lot of water, more than I was before being diagnosed and started training.

I will stop Reta; i will replace it with MOTSC 0.5 ED first 2 weeks then 1 ED.

Today workout is Chest, i think i'm going to hit 100kg soon on benchpress :D Maybe i could now, i did 4x8 chest press:
8 80kg
8 80kg
5 90kg
6 80kg

Increased also my DB Chest fly from 12.5 to 15kg

I plan to add cardio 20 mins at the end of every workout and 30mins on rest days (as i'm doing now).

I'm still waiting for bloodwork results 🤞

@LevButlerov I don't have access to Arimidex right now, i could in next few days if needed; should i try that? Which doses?

I already took 20mg of Aromasin yesterday but maybe it's not working for me?

I'm seeing that 40mg per week is shit ton of AI and it's strange that E2 didn't drop but increased.

Be careful with taking the AIs, they don't work right away, they actually take weeks to work. Because people have to consider that there is still circulating estrogen, by the time the anti-estrogens start binding, the process can take a couple weeks.
You need to remain patient and give this time.
Do not take any more anti-estrogens, drop your aromasin to 10mg EOD..
This does not need to be taken every day, because the mechanisms of action with it are actually prolonged.
Don't worry about the half-life of the drug, because it has continuous properties long after the half life.

I bought it from a guy here in my town, so i could have it straight away in case of need and also because there is a minimum buy order on every seller's website and i didn't need anything at the moment (a parte from Anastrozolo).

I've read that it's more common that i thought that some AI (especially Aromasin as far as i've read) doesn't have an high impact on some people.

But i'm not an expert, so... :)

Finally my E2 has back in range; i'm currently taking 0.5 Arimidex EOD:

Yesterday i did 3 rep of 100kg bench press, the 4th was assisted.

Currently weighting 82.8 (i almost got 10kgs, i obviously don't think to keep them all after PCT ^^').

Now i'm struggling with high HR, but let's see how it evolve.

I included more cardio (20 minutes minimum ED at Z2 / Z3).

I think i will remove Telmisartan and keep just Nebivolol; Telmisartan is giving me low pressure and maybe heart try to compensate that increasing HR.

Well, at the start of the cycle my idea about the PCT was really solid, now it's slowing fading away and I'm not sure what i want to do, i'm honest :D

Hey Lev, yes my Aromasin was from PSL (i sent the pictures here), i didn't work for me.
Since that time we suspended puritysourcelabs PSL because their euro pharma was found to be fake, they were selling test prop as primobolan, so guys buying primo from them getting fakes test prop! The aromasin euro pharma was likely fake @Pepty
