Hello community, this is my first cycle.
I am 39 years old and have been on trt first with a clinic for 3 months then self prescribed.
I am currently 173 lbs and have always been small with low body fat never going over 15%.
My trt dose as been 200mg test enanthate which I find is great spot for me.
With that dose my total test has been
40.3 nmol/l and my estrodial was 121 pmol/l.
Rest of my bloods good cholesterol was a little high this time but I have some genetic predispositions and I’m doing the things to bring that back down.
My current dose will be
500mg test enanthate 10-12 weeks of I tolerate well
20-50mg anavar the last 6 weeks if everything goes well.
I ordered aromasin to have on hand.
I also plan to due more bloodwork in four weeks so updates for that to come.
My split is four to five weeks typical bro split but I like to hit shoulders and chest twice a week.
My diet is good I’m not super counting calories and macros I just eat clean and make sure I get at least 200 grams of protein a day.
Not looking to be a competitive bodybuilder everything is just for my self.
If I leave any information out please let me know and I’ll add.
I look forward to any and all advice as I am still very new to this and all the info I can get is much appreciated.
