First Cycle Log

Hello community, this is my first cycle.

I am 39 years old and have been on trt first with a clinic for 3 months then self prescribed.
I am currently 173 lbs and have always been small with low body fat never going over 15%.

My trt dose as been 200mg test enanthate which I find is great spot for me.

With that dose my total test has been
40.3 nmol/l and my estrodial was 121 pmol/l.
Rest of my bloods good cholesterol was a little high this time but I have some genetic predispositions and I’m doing the things to bring that back down.

My current dose will be
500mg test enanthate 10-12 weeks of I tolerate well
20-50mg anavar the last 6 weeks if everything goes well.
I ordered aromasin to have on hand.

I also plan to due more bloodwork in four weeks so updates for that to come.

My split is four to five weeks typical bro split but I like to hit shoulders and chest twice a week.

My diet is good I’m not super counting calories and macros I just eat clean and make sure I get at least 200 grams of protein a day.
Not looking to be a competitive bodybuilder everything is just for my self.

If I leave any information out please let me know and I’ll add.

I look forward to any and all advice as I am still very new to this and all the info I can get is much appreciated.

You will no doubt get bigger going from 200-500 test
In my opinion you would even gain clean size on something like 350 with the anavar on the last half
With diet and training dialled in of course
Something like that would be a lot easier to manage any sides and a smooth titrate up given its your first attempt at anything over 200
But that's just my opinion bro,the vets here will chime in on this post and point you in the right direction

I agree you should start a log with us and you're half way there already @goldenasis2086 with this post. @LevButlerov can help you make it official but basically you just need to make a new thread which will become your log thread with a post introducing yourself, lay out your history, training, diet and goals and then things will move nicely from there

Write out an intro post including diet and training and a picture of your body to use as a before picture, I just take a screenshot of the pic resize it and cut the head off the pic, that'll be your base and based off the data there and as you go people can tailor their advice to you. Then when @LevButlerov gets in he can do something to make that your thread officially so it shows in your signature, etc..

Good you’re thinking ahead about e2 and not just chasing numbers.
Stay patient and wait bloodwork confirmation before touching an AI since your e2 at 120 pmol is fine and you’re symptom free.

Before you move higher or add compounds start a proper log so we can see your full layout over weeks. We need your training split, macros, sleep, and how you respond on 500mg to guide next moves safely, logs make a huge difference for cycle support and AI timing. It will take you about 15min to start a log easy.

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us
