5.5 years in the gym
biology nerd looking to go into fitness or medical field. Hopping on AAS and etc due to childhood micro and macro malnourishment (especially during developing years) and past eating disorders - medically diagnosed. I understand the risks and that this is a "life long" decision and am willing to accept that, from my POV I'm using these compounds to "catch up" but also to become awesome - more on my pov and beliefs below.
Diet
this is basically what i eat daily with occassional small variances. I space my meals out 3 hours from the last one, my preworkout is 90 minutes before i workout and my postworkout is ASAP after i workout
--1 whole avocado seasonally / occassionally
- 80/20 offal mince (has some organs in it)
-- preworkout
occassionally 1 hydralyte sports electrolyte powder + creatine intraworkout
-- 80/20 mince but also sometimes diced beef or chuck casserole steak. depending on what is on quicksale at my local woolies
- when im out of bone broth i usually mix collagen protein powder or Best Of Bone miso bone broth stuff with some water
- i also eat oysters and liver whenever i can (50g of liver and atleast 2 oysters) but this is random and whenever it is accessible - negligible macros, more for the micros
supplements and snacks ^^^
all supps in morning other than magnesium taken before bed
Cardio and Training
A/P/R split
I usually do anterior monday and thursday, then posterior tuesday and friday as that works best with my work schedule
12-20k steps a day - i have a walking pad so i do a lot of incline walking, especially after a meal, i also walk to the gym and walk alot at work.
all 2 sets 0-1 RIR, most done unilaterally and with cuffs or etc - i also usually cut some exercises that, more on that later
Lifestyle and Cycle
my bp is 100-120 / 75-85 (recorded everyday in the morning), i also have a garmin watch that tracks HRV, sleep and etc. I average 9 hours of sleep, 50bpm resting, 90bpm when awake but casually and 120-150bpm exercising or etc.
I track just about everything using Cronometer, Hevy and the Garmin app + my notes app for daily weight and BP / symtpoms
I started working out at around 13 years old and from ages 13-16 was me figuring out gym and diet and supplements and experimenting with everything (diet mainly) while taking bloods, completely natural throughout this time and tried my best to fix any diet gaps with wholefoods instead of supplements (hence my likeness of offal and other strange foods). Throughout those years i struggled hormonally and nutritionally (low iron, braddychardia, low bp, endless GI issues (more recently my appendix and mild spleenomegally due to a 2 week episode of Noravirus / gastroentiritis)) and have finally found what i think is my sweet spot for the past ~year. Locked in for roughly 2.5 years / 5 (as in consistent diet / meal prep and gym schedule) - this is because of personal issues going on in life (school, family or personal illness) AND motivation. Motivation is a big one for me, i find it very hard to get the motivation to go to the gym, hence sometimes i "cut" exercises that i class as "embarrassing" or "pointless" (mainly hip thrusts and adductor / abbductor work) because otherwise it would "ruin" my mood and make it harder to continue working out. As much as i think that is definetley an excuse, its what works for me - i have to be "in the mood" to truly get a good workout going, otherwise its this endless cycle of me feeling like im wasting time and just digging a hole.
My hormones have always been consistently shit, id post all the bloodwork i had done here but my main gp recently passed and shortly closed and theyre still trying to access all patients records and etc. I remember when I felt my best day to day, it was at the same time my hormone profile was relatively good (450ng/dl of test) and while yes i understand how its about ratios and theres more to look at then just testosterone levels, thats just one of the readings i remembered. I remember complaining about lack of motivation and libido and etc for years to my gp and he would always say there isnt anything he can do for me due to my hormones being in the very low but still "stable" reference range.
Hence my interest in AAS. Ive been doing Test P (Ugloz supply because its cheap atm) for the past 2 weeks and after the first week ive never felt better. 100mg EOD IM (glute, i hate needles so its relatively painless). Ive got papers for my bloodwork (tbd) at my new doctors and am planning to get that around the 4 week mark. As for my reasoning for the short ester, i wanted effects asap (to see if its legit, but also prove to myself that im actually doing something, as i said im not just "wasting time" and sticking a needle, something i hate, in my ass for no reason for six weeks) yes i know very impatient of me. Alongside test P ive been doing 15mg of mk677 ED as its cheaper then HGH and i thought the ghrelin hunger would help me eat even more + its stronger then cjc and ipa / other ghrh / ghrs. In the past i was mildly insulin resistant and had slight gyno and had to miss 2 doses of mk and noticed that some of my brain fog, nipple tenderness and etc went away, so as of the 2 week mark ive discontinued my use of mk.
"id rather live 20 years as a lion then 80 years as a sheep" - my life moto
Cycle plans, goals and questions
i plan to stay on test for atleast 16 weeks (pref indefinetley depending on bloods and sides) and at the moment am considering adding masteron and hgh.
hgh pref 4ius a day and masteron titrate up to a 1:1 ratio with test
id like to compete eventually but also be an "influencer" (i know, its cringe) but push a more honest and health focused POV and support the whole "organic" and "whole foods" diets and eliminating certain harmful foods from diets.
My goal weight is 85kg lean as at my height i can picture roughly the physique id attain based on others. Id also like to be relatively strong obviously, my goal is a 200kg bench and a 250kg deadlift - however my lower body is pretty weak in compound movements due to years of knee and hip issues. My goal is more aesthetics than strength tho.
Id like to do tren or eq but im worried about neurotoxicity - i like my brain and think im very succeptible to the trensomnia and tren rage.
around the 6 week mark id like to start the mast depending but im worried about sides and what ancils i should run alongside. atm im not taking very many ancils as i dont have any sides or "need" for it yet - tbd by bloodwork and etc. Id like to do my cycles as rigoursly and SAFELY! as possible as at the end of the day i prioritise my day to day health.
Im also considering changing esters to test E as i feel like the test P EOD is giving me less stable levels - thoughts? id seriously like to know as i dont wanna waste my supply of test p.
anyways progress pics attached - note this is 5 years of lifting naturally + 2 weeks on cycle.
--also i just saw some other log of someone using the health app of their phone to track a bunch of shit, so im gonna start doing that too - especially for my bloods, blood glucose, bp and weight
