Hi there! This is my first thread, just wondering if I could get some advice from yee mighty gods.
I understand that with my height and weight there are still large gains to be had with or without steroids, however my body is an ectomorph to the extreme.
I’ve been working out 6 days a week and eating right and I’ve gone from maybe 145 to 150 in over 7months – creatine, protein shake and everything. I have bodybuilding friends and trainers working with me so I know there’s not an issue with my workout and/or diet.
I plan on running an oral D-bol only cycle for 6 weeks (I read that effects taper off after 5/6 weeks), at a very low dose (15mg a day) just to get the ball rolling somewhere. My schedule can be found below:

I have a few questions:
1) If my estrogen levels after the cycle are not too high, is it still beneficial to use Nolvadex?
2) Would Proviron be necessary with such a small dose of D-bol?
3) Im planning on gaining maybe 20lbs by the end of the cycle. If I eat right and exercise properly, are these gains within reach considering the dose and my body type?
4) Is it okay to use just Nolva as for my PCT?
At such a low dose will nut-shrinkage be an issue? I’m afraid of taking proviron with such a small dose as I don’t want to throw off my hormones too much, and I heard estrogen is good for simply maintaining good health.
I also plan on taking Milk Thistle and lots of fish oil as I heard its good for the liver. Any other recommendations? I’m totally new to this so don’t hold back from obvious advice, any and all will be appreciated!
