First Cycle: Please Help!

Hello everyone, First of all thanks for your advice and help. I'm planning on starting my first cycle and would greatly appreciate any advice you can offer.

Stats:
24 yrs old
Height: 5'10
Weight: 190 lbs ~~15-18% BF

My goal is to add lean mass and lower BF for the summer.

Cycle:
Weeks 1-10: Test E 250 mgs. (Monday AM/Thursday PM)
Weeks 1-10: Arimidex .5mgs EOD, possibly everyday if felt necessary?
I have heard mixed opinions on HCG, I'm thinking I should add it in as well. Please let me know.

PCT:
Weeks 13/14: Nolva 40 mg ED
Weeks 15/16: Nolva 20 mg ED

Guys please let me know where I'm going wrong and what I need to fix. I was also considering adding some Tbol as a kickstarter.

I'm a former D1 athlete so I would say I have a good idea about nutrition/dieting but I definitely have the dedication to put in the work and get the most out of my first cycle. I was lifting consecutively for 3/4 years before tearing my pec and straining my rotator cuff last year. This is still an injury that bothers me while lifting (chest) but I have the urge to fully dedicate myself to the gym again.

Lastly, I know it may be true that no one ever does "Just one cycle" and I have not decided if I will yet. Question is, what is the worst outcome I can have from this one cycle? What are the chances having my natural test never recover and having to do TRT for the rest of my life?

I really appreciate any of the advice given and dont mind being flamed for possibly making noob mistakes.
 
15 or 18% is a big difference

i will tell you if you are closer to 18% it makes no sense to use steroids for your goals. cut down first then use steroids

Apppreciate the response stevesmi, I said 18 % to give an absolute highest possibility cause I know a lot of people underestimate their true bf. I would deff say I'm closer to 15%. and even then my plan was to cut down for this month and start my cycle 2nd week of march. Do you think this will be enough time?

A) please incorporate your good idea about nutrition & dieting because your BF is where most guys would advise against AAS

B) you need more than nolva for PCT

C) How long have you been training since FULLY RECOVERING from injury

A) Right now my macros are probably 300g carbs, 200g protein, 50-70g. So id say about 2500 calories a day. I really haven't been keeping track lately. I'd say the high body fat is due to my love of pasta and booze. As I mentioned I've been out the gym and I've also been going out a lot. I plan to give up drinking while cycling.

B) Currently doing more research on pct. I understand the importance of the pct and won't start my cycle until i'm 100% sure I have everything I need.

C) Sad to say physical therapy didn't help me fully recover as I still feel a pinching pain every time I workout chest. I've been back in the gym 5 days a week for the last 2 months. My strength is coming back, its more of an annoying pain more than anything. Maybe I'm totally naive but I was also hoping the test would help my pec muscle recover

A) I haven't been keeping track lately and have been enjoying myself after taking a break from boxing and wrestling. I've also been drinking a lot which I plan to quit when I get on. The high body fat is deff due to me drinking and eating a ton of pasta. If I were to guess I'd say on average I have about 300g Carbs, 200-250g protein and 50-75g fat. My calories are probably 2500-2700 on average. I think I've packed on fat from enjoying sweets as well, something I never had while training. I plan on getting a diet plan in check for a few weeks before even starting the cycle.

B) I'm going to check out muskate's post. I wont start my cycle until I'm 100% sure I have everything I need on hand.

C) Sad to say that physical therapy didnt help me fully recover. I've been going to the gym 5 days a week for the last 2 months. I still have an annoying pain in my pec which really impedes some of my workouts. I've been going super light and high reps with chest workouts and would say my strength is coming back. I'm just unable to do dips AT ALL without my chest feeling like its ripping. Maybe I'm dumb but I was also hoping the test would help me recover.

:confused:Hello guys, I have started my first anabolic oral steroid cycle and would greatly appreciate your advice. I would like to know if my plan is safe and could work effectively for my goals.

Stats:
18 yrs old
Height: 5'9
Weight: 170 lbs
BF: 19%

My goal is to increase mass during the remaining time in February (remainder of my Dbol cycle) and then cut down body fat for the next two weeks in order to be ripped for vacation in exactly a month.

Cycle:

1-5 weeks of DianaBol increasing dose, first 10mg, then 15mg then 20mg (already in third week of cycle)
Then...
6-7 weeks plan on taking Primobolan 25 mg ED
*I also plan on taking SARMS for the 5-7th week which would be my last week of dbol, and the two weeks of primo.

I have no concrete PCT and would like to know what to take for that too. Additionally I have questions regarding dos and donuts of my dbol cycle...
Can I have sex/jack off?
How can I prevent gynecomastia (I don’t want tits)
How strict does my diet have to be on fats and diary?
What about alcohol, can I drink week # 8 right after the primobolan cycle if I have a proper liver clean up afte the dianabol?

I know I must sound like a complete idiot, but I am also new to this. I probably should have completed my reader have before starting the cycle but I am half way through and have noticed great results already. Please let me know if my cycle plan is ok and if I can stack Dbol, with SARMS and then take Primo right after.

there's quite a big difference between 15 and 18 .. I guess you are at 18 ..
let me tell you this .. removing fat while adding muscle is pretty hard even while on gear .. it's either this or that ..
let me give you a proposition and you do what you want to do ..

Before starting your cycle start cutting for 5 or 6 weeks, up the cardio, diet hard, train hard etc .. get that bodyfat really down .. then start the cycle .. and lean bulk, meaning bulk for real, no mcdonalds, no burgerking and no tacos, chicken breast, rice, eggs, oats, beef, vegetables, milk (if you can drink milk, I drink a gallon skimmed per day when I bulk)

500 for 10 weeks, I assume you got yourself 2 vilas of test E, enough for 10 weeks .. instead of going with 2ml/week, go with 1.6 totalling 400mgs/week and push it to 12 weeks ..
Don't forget, one needle to draw from the vial and then you switch to another (23g - 1.25 or 1.5) to pin with .. if you're freaked out by injections, once per week is fine but be consistent .. I used to pin twice per week then switched to once and I'm totally fine, but I gotta admit twice is a bit better .. but for me it was not worth it ..

The arimidex dosage stays the same, 0.5 EOD or 3 times per week ..

Clomid is missing from the PCT, it's quite useful and nolva alone isn't enough .. and don't be scared of Clomid .. if it makes you feel awkward you can stop it .. but for me there's too much hype around the side effects from clomid .. it didn't make me feel anything or did me any bad at all .. but that's just me ..

If you want, It goes like this

Pre cycle: 6 weeks
Dieting
Some might make fun of this but if your diet is on point, drinking green tea 3 times per day, drinking black unsweetened coffee and even taking some vitamin C will also help with fat loss, provided that you're truly serious about your diet
Try something like yohimbine maybe? I never did, I always rely on diet, training and cardio to drop bodyfat ..

Cycle: 14 Weeks, lean bulk
W1-12: Test E at 400mgs
W1-12: Arimidex at 0.5 EOD or 3 times per week
W13-14: Off

Post Cycle:
W15-16: Clomid at 50, Nolva at 40
W17-18: Clomid at 25, Nolva at 20
Maybe add a test booster? the guys here talk about one from N2BM, maybe check it out ..

Don't half ass the post cycle bro

Exactly what I was gonna suggest.
Start off with trimming off a little bit of that excess fat and then proceed to lean mass phase.
And as far as PCT goes check out the Perfect PCT sticky.

A) You can have pasta & booze or you can use anabolics, you can't do both. You need to give up drinking LONG before even considering juice.

B) Smart move. Never skimp on PCT

C) Give yourself time to get back into training. 2 months is not long enough and it doesn't sound like you are 100% yet.
