First cycle tbol/dbol stack

Hi to everyone...

I'm planning to do my first cycle in the next few months.Due to my summer job didn't havr much time to exercise and eat well(lost 5 kilos) but when i reach where i was 2 months ago then i"ll start my cycle.

I've read a lot the past year about gears and first thought of doing tbol only cycle(don't mention me that every cycle has to be test based). But from yesterday i'm think of running something different.

I'm 27, 173 cm height and 64 kilos, bf 12%

Well my thought is to run 2 weeks dbol 25mg to kickstart and bulk a bit and after for 4 weeks tbol 40mg.
I'll have a clean diet as i always do, calories surplus 300-400,training 4 times a week and 2 days cardio.A lot vegetables.Along with the gear i'll having NAC,Ala,d3 4000 iui,vita c 1g,taurine,fish oil,zma and potassium.

10 days before ending cycle daa 4-5g and monohydrate creatine same dose.Those will be continued through pct.

Pct nolva 4 weeks 40/40/20/20

Will i need AI for the 2 weeks of dbol even being a low dose?
 
No testosterone- let’s start there.

I also see many more issues but no test needs to be addressed, or are you on TRT and just didn’t mention ?
 
Update, I see you mentioned don’t bring up no test - why? Is this because you’re already on it or do you just think you really don’t need it.

This looks like a disaster.

I'm not on trt.I had in mind to add test firstly... Not a big dose just 100mg test e ew.But being afraid for hairloss even though 100mg may not harm my hair.I know most guys add 300-500 mg ew but that's way too much imo plus i dont want to get faking huge.

Someone like mustake or Steve can help more, but let me give you the few cents I can offer.

First and foremost you won’t get fake huge from any one cycle, the huge look you are talking about are guys like Ronnie Coleman who train for a living, well PEDs and AAS are used by guys this size it’s not the only reason they are said size. So don’t ever think that stereotypical stuff is true, steroids don’t work like that.

Oral only cycles are shit as they shut off your natural test production regardless, so you’ll essentially have whatever androgen in you from your oral and in return you’ll have no testosterone. Test is always the base of any cycle for this reason, without test you will feel like shit and your dick will call it quits to beware.

You always run test at a TRT dose because you will be shut off.

Any and all AAS can cause hair loss issues so if you’re worried about MPB I would above AAS.

Ofcourse i wont become ronnie but believe me,if i train 1 month regurarly even if i eat pizza and drinking cola everyday because i'm mostly mesomorph i always have tremendous body changes,making people believe i'm on gear.
 
You should always run test as a base, then you should also be using an AI if you take dbol. T-bol is not going to bring you much for gains, but will improve strength. Then you need to run a pct following a cycle. My personal opinion is that you should get your diet on point and you’ll make better gains. Once you have done that and built a solid muscle base, maybe then consider doing a cycle.

I’m not trying to be an asshole but this post seems off man, if that’s true then why fuck around with a cycle? Just clean your diet up and be strict, leave your HPTA alone and you’ll look like you did a cycle anyway - according to you.

Hair loss is only exacerbated by AAS. If male pattern baldness is in the genes, it is gonna happen regardless. You seem to think you know enough about gear and it’s effects, then why bother coming in here? You are too out of shape and you’ll be disappointed if you use gear. And by using test, you are more likely to need an AI to prevent bloating from water, although 100mg/wk would do nothing for you. I’ve be using gear for over 25 years and still have all my hair.

I don't have any issues with oral only cycles. is it going to be as effective as a longer injectable cycle? no of course not, but people do it all the time.

what i do have issues with is you are 140 pounds and 5'8". that tells me you simply do not have very much muscle on your frame. you gotta get consistent with your weight training to build muscle

Then about hairloss surely dbol is harmf that's why i wantes tbol only which i believe will be eventually my cycle

I agree 100%. Whether it's what you weight now or what you was before lost the weight it's way to low to be thinking of taking steroids

dude chillax. nobody is attacking you

the crux of what I am saying is you will never reach your fitness goals without consistency in the gym. you build muscle from lifting weights PERIOD. steroids do not build muscle

Sorry to be harsh man but you are making excuses. What happens when you eventually get married, have kids, full time career? Don't blame a summer job on letting fitness slide. You need to make this a lifestyle and build a base first. Save steroids and PED's until way down the road.
