First Cycle - Test Only

Hey Guys,

I finally have all the items needed for my first cycle, PCT included . I'll get right to it

Stats ----
Age: 28
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 172 lbs
BF: 13%
Training years: 8+

Been doing plenty of research on the forum and seeing what is advised to the other members for a first cycle/beginner. I'll be getting pre-cycle bloods early next week. So this is the cycle I have planned as of now. Not sure when I'll actually start yet.

14 Weeks
Test E 500 mg/week (2 pins/week)
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD

- 2 week break -

Week 17 (3 weeks after last pin)
Start "Perfect PCT"

Let me know how this looks. One thing I haven't found yet is, do you take Aromasin during the break before you start PCT?

Looks pretty solid.

There is no need to really continue with Aromasin during the break, because there is no estrogen rebound with Aromasin (which would occur with Arimidex).

I disagree with this.

The testosterone esters will still be in your system after your last injection. They will still be aromatizing into estrogen so an AI IS needed during the break between finishing your cycle and starting your PCT.

Mostly focusing on gaining strength but obviously added size is awesome as well.
Some current numbers: Squat 365lbs, Deadlift 455lbs, Bench 280lbs, Shoulder Press 190lbs

Agreed, So I guess the 12.5mg EOD is the starting point. From there I'll keep an eye on any sides and get mid cycle bloods at a minimum. Unless I have concerns and need additional bloods sooner.

Yes, sir. And continue to take Aromasin at the same dosage throughout your PCT as well.

Hey Bros,

Got my pre-cycle bloods back. Estradiol is a tad high compared to the range but nothing that worries me. Let me know what you think.

Since you are already on the high side you may need to adjust AI dose.

Other than that looks good althoug i wouldnt run the cycle past 12 weeks and you take aromasin during the 2 week break as well before starting the PCT which will also include aromasin.

Yea honestly for 500mg/week I wouldnt go past 12 weeks. The test will still be in your system for weeks after the last pin so typically for a first cycle I wouldnt do more than 12 weeks. Will 14 weeks kill you? No but an extra 2 weeks are not going to add anything substantial to the cycle.
