Stats:
Age: 38
Height: 6’4”
Weight: 219
BF%: If I had to guess between 15 and 20

Currently on:
200mg weekly Test C split ED
2iu GH before bed ED
4mg Reta split weekly Monday and Thursday

Diet:
Shooting for 2000 calories a day (about 1000 deficit I believe) hard to hit thanks to Reta honestly.
220-240 Protien
Under 100g of Carbs thanks to the diabetus. Have noticed my insulin sensitivity is much better now though. I could probably bump this up if needed.
75g of fats.

Supplementation:
40mg Telemisartan
10mg Ezetimbe
1000mg Metformin (was at 2000 but dropped dosage.)
8000iu vitamin d3
4000mg omega 3
300mg magnesium glycinate
100mg CoQ10
300mg DIM
500mg Vitamin C
10mg Creatine.

Currently trying to recomp, lost 16 pounds so far been about 3 months. I have been doing strength training 5-6 days a week with cardio mixed in post workout. 10k steps a day.

Going to do another month at current setup, then after thinking of doing 16 weeks of
400 Test C
200 NPP
200 Primo

Have Arimidex and Nolvadex on hand if needed.
Will have hcg but don’t foresee myself using it as I won’t come off of test at this point in my life.
Looking for tips and recommendations, wanting to bulk up some. After this recomp. Not super interested in tren or orals at this point but open to suggestions!

What goal weight and bf percentage should I aim for before blast? I’d like do lose a little more fat around my chest and upper gut area, but overall I think the recomp is going well so far.
You need to start a log. And you need to get lean if you want to bulk especially using compounds like NPP. Your chances of developing gyno and high blood pressure are much higher when you’re not lean. Lean to me is a true sub 12% BF to me you look around 21% at 15% you’d see your top 4 abs
