First Ever SARMS Cycle Log

I have ordered my stack and will be doing the following cycle, and was just wondering if this is still up to date?

1-12 LGD-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m
1-12 GW-510516 (Cardarine) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout
5-12 MK-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

5-12 HcGenerate
1-12 “liquidex"

Mini PCT - post cycle therapy - 13-16

Hcgenerate ES
clomid 50/25/25/25
GW-501516 20 mg day

Also was wondering what results I could expect from this, being 22yo, 6' 245lbs around 30% bf maybe. I just recently came back to lifting the past 1 and half months and am strongest that i have ever been and heaviest i have ever been as well.
I have now cut out fast food, eatting 200 grams protein daily with lots of chicken, cut my calories back to 1500-2000, I lift heavy weights 6-8 times a week and cardio 4 times a week in the morning.

bro you should get good results...train and eat right with sarms you'll kill it bro....
 
Same cycle I did. Kept the calories to 500 below maint. Great results. The SARMs really helped cardio endurance that really helped lower body fat while actually putting on a few pounds. Love those SARMS.

I would start start off the s4 at 20mg a day in split doses to protect your vision other than that looks great
 
Keep us posted on this since so many people think a sarms stack doesn't really do much when really for limited sides it's fucking awesome
 
I will probably start out low dosage of S4 and work my way up.
Another question do I need to be taken N2guard as well?

he's fine doin 20mg doses, 40mg total a day....... and just keep tapering up til you get to 50 or 60mg.

cycle looks good man. put in the work and you should see the results.
 
Day one, Didn't really feel any effects if anything I felt hotter and sweated more but that could be because the gym was hotter then normal.

A quick question, it tasted like shit, could i possible mix all the sarms into 1 tube and take it all at once and then chase it down? If so what are the best thing to chase them down with from personal experience?

no reason to stack the lgd and mk.Save the mk for pct
 
I thought you dont do sarms in PCT? Just GW? Also wouldn't it help me to stack it?

MK is not suppressive if kept at proper dosage and under 4 months.. and past that it is minimally suppressive. a guy just put up bloodwork on it and his LH was still within range on it although it dropped a bit.. but on AAS your LH goes to 0

There's no problem mixing them as long as you are hitting the right doses of each

I have now been putting some OJ in mouth then dropping the sarms straight into my mouth and swallowing, could this be messing up the absorption into my body? Just curious

He means 4 weeks^ keep it in pct 4 weeks and then stop and save the last 4 weeks for a bridge. GW is fine however long. I mean don't run it all year but several months is fine.

You won't see anything from s4 in two days. I take my SARMs with OJ or grapefruit juice. Grapefruit completely masks the sarm taste

Shit, I usually dose all of them at once.

I hear you but I have never really into drinking and this shit taste so bad to me that u threw up one morning. So now I just put water in mouth and then shoot it in back of throat from the dipper and swallow. It seems to help.

I am now working out on a 3 day split where I lift heavy twice a day and cardio for 15 mins after lifting. Hitting every part twice a week. vascularity is getting good since I am high BF I normally do not see many veins but now I am seeing veins pop out that I have never seen before. I have now up my S4 dose to 75 ED still not vision problem that I can tell. Endurance wise It is going good it seems I am failing later in the sets pumping more reps out each set then I could before as well as going up 5-10 pounds on most things.

The only worry I have right now is my body not absorbing the Sarms correctly when mixed in my mouth with water, would like more info on this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and sorry for the really long post lol.

bro you got nothing to worry about...i down sarms all the time without issues on absorption...
