Touch down of a different kind. I love my caffeine. I take half scoop of the mother bucker before workout with 10 grams of creatine, hmb, extra beta allanine, electrolytes and psyllium husk. I take a scoop of GFuel between 12-1 pm with electrolytes and psyllium husk. That gets me through the day and allows me to go to sleep at 9pm. I use to take the full scoop of the mother bucker but I cut back.
