First sarm cycle help

Alright guys I'm new here so I hope this is the right spot. First I'll give some background 26 years of age been working out around 5 years diet and workout I feel has really been dialed in last almost 2 years. I've never done anything before never even took a test booster but I'm not hardly making any progress in the gym and don't feel like I've made a whole lot over the whole time I've always been tall and skinny hard gainer I guess currently about 6'2" 200 lbs and 21% body fat been trying to bulk for awhile and very slowly putting on weight and what little weight I put on I feel like is just fat macros are around 3000 calories 350 carbs 70 fat 300 protein they vary some day to day got test checked at a low t center and came back 197 was around 2 pm so went to doctor got checked again at 7 in morning after fasting all night and they said everything checked in range test was 461 so my question is what would be a good first cycle to burn a some fat but still add strength not looking to get a 6 pack but would like to get body fat down while most importantly improving strength?

if you are really 21% body fat you gotta cut back on your calories though. 3000 calories and 300g of protein is too high man. those high protein diets work on pro bodybuilders because of their genetics and the drugs they take.. but an average joe you will just get fat with all that food

Also im taking orange triad multi daily ON fish oil daily and drink universal nutrition real gains shake first thing in the morning and take 2 scoops of ON whey after workout with a spoon full of creatine i workout Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday should i continue take those if I was on cycle?

Cardarine + ostarine would be a good stack but your ostarine dosage is too high. Do something like this -

weeks 1 - 12
cardarine 20mg/day
ostarine 25mg/day

Weeks 13 - 16
A good natural testosterone booster like n2generate ES from n2bm.com

Why not try a test booster now (like N2Generate) then try sarms after
 
I may try the test booster first then sarms but even though my test is 'within range' last time it got checked I still feel its kinda low for my age would I need to run a test booster while on sarms and after or just do before the after as a pct

dude why are you not comprehending things ? this isn't rocket science

you are 21% body fat! how the heck are you going to bulk being that fat? cut down first, then you can worry about bulking
 
Well i wasnt 21% when I started but ive been trying to add strength the whole time and didn't think i could while cutting but my strength isn't changing its just staying the same while body fat goes up like i cant hardly build muscle for some reason and I thought it was cause of low t but doc says its within range so i was gonna do a sarm cycle to lower the body fat and still hopefully add strength then cut after cycle
 
And since I am at 21% why would I not be building muscle don't you need fat to turn into muscle?

That is scientifically impossible.

What you want to do is cut down the fat to at least 10-12% if you are thinking of adding muscle. At 21% you should not be looking to bulk at all. Get lean and then it is much easier to grow.

Cardarine is going to be the best choice for you. I would also add in N2Slin before meals.

Alright so I need to start cutting now and my cycle would look like weeks 1 - 12 cardarine 20mg/day ostarine 25mg/day correct? Should my macros be the same cutting on and off cycle or should they be differnt while on cycle?

Well when i started bulking my fat % wasnt that high maybe around 16 or 17 but only thing i felt like was going up was fat % not strength anyways im definitely gonna cut now and try to get around 12% before bulking again. And running gw-5015116 during pct to wont surpress me any?

So you had too high a level of fat to begin with and, due to a poor diet, added more fat. That's correct isn't it? Quite why you decided to bulk...

Well i didnt think it was that poor of a diet I felt like my macros were pretty good but struggling to build muscle that was the reason I started to bulk from the beginning was to try and build muscle but the weights just arent going up much at all
 
What would be a good baseline of macros to start at for cutting fat i keep reading a lot of mixed stuff online

you are reading a lot of different things because everyone is different... thats the problem.. people all respond differently so lets say what works for me, may not work for you.. i go with higher protein, moderate carbs and lower fat but then you have some people that cut fat very well on higher fat etc... i personally do not, but others do... i'll tell you my breakdown for fat loss... 50-55% protein, 30-35% carbs and 10-15% fat but diet is a lot of trial and error and you just have to see what works for you brother
 
For cutting I like a 700 calorie deficit. For me that is what works. It depends on how fast you want to lose the fat and how you deal with being hungry. Fasting really helps me with fat loss.
 
Do sarms need to be keep refrigerated or anything or just kept at room temp?what kind of shelf life do they have before going bad
