First SARMS cycle

Seeking some advice here. 25 yrs / 150 / 5"5 / 10-12% body fat. Been lifting for about 6 years. Exploded out of my very small frame (was roughly 115-120 at the onset) when I started lifting and really eating but for the past 2-3 ive really hit this plateau of 150-155 and have not been able to break it. Serious hargainer here. Don't want to use steroids (yet, if even at all) so I've been looking into SARMS. The physique I'm looking for (if you've heard of him) is Adi Gillespie. Id like to pack on lean muscle if possible and remain in good shape (10% body fat or below). Any recommendations?

First off - I totally respect your decision for not feeling ready to start steroids. SARMS are a great stepping stone and entry into PEDs.

A very SARMS cycle is the triple stack. That's what I often recommend for a first SARMS cycle for someone who has the goals of putting on muscle while loosing body fat. The triple stack is combination of S4 + ostarine + cardarine. http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol
Cardarine is a great SARM for fat loss and endurance
Ostarine is a great SARM for recovery
S4 is a great SARM for strength gains
You get the best of everything by stacking the three together.

SARMS are only minimally suppressive of natural testosterone production so all that is needed as a mini PCT after a cycle of SARMS is a good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com.

Here is how I would run your triple stack cycle

Weeks 1 - 8 (if you order the triple stack cycle option on sarms1.com you will have enough SARMS for the full 8 weeks. It's also at a discounted price then buying the vials individually)
ostarine 25mg (0.5mL) per day
LGD 10mg (1mL) per day
cardarine 20mg (1mL) per day

Thank you for replying so quickly! You mentioned S4 being great for strength gains but gave me a dosage for LGD. Which is better to take and what's the dosage?

Sarm's are a really good option for you. musky laid out a good cycle.. it really boils down to your workouts too. you never said what your workouts were. i mean do you do a lot of cardio? just weights? more info helps

a simple stack of ostarine + GW would work just fine for you to start off with

if you wanted to go more aggressive add in LGD to that

SARMs do not aromatize so there is no need for an AI. The issue is that some "SARMs" companies are actually selling prohormones which can aromatize and are selling them as "SARMs".

Just stick to sarms1.com products and you are good to go.

SARMS do not aromatize into estrogen or raise prolactin levels in the body so side effects like gyno and water retention are impossible.

No AI is needed on a cycle of SARMS.

Sorry I forgot to mention that. Lately my workouts mostly are 4-5 exercises each body part, 3-4 sets each. Sometimes 8-12 reps, sometimes 5-8 depending on how I'm feeling. The compound movements I usually do low reps on. Isolation movements ill usually do more volume. I do cardio 3-4 times a week and exercise 5-6 days a week. Diet wise I honestly just aim high. Normally I'll fall between 2500-3000 cals without really counting.

Real sarms will not cause gyno.

You are right.

If you are getting gyno there is a high chance you are running something sketchy or just something laced with prohormones.
