Hiya guys, this is my first post here. I recently(about a week ago) decided to to start a test only cycle. I wanted some advice on how to go ahead and with regards to split and intensity/

Stats
Age: 24
Height: 5'11
Weight: 166 lbs
Bodyfat: estimated 18-19%
Training: 5yrs( not very consistent until the last 3 yrs)

Planned Cycle
Test e- 250-500mgs
Arimidex- on hand , havent needed to use it yet
Finasteride- on hand, again havent noticed much
Isotretin- on hand, acne hasnt acted up yet

PCT

Nolvadex - planning on 20-50 mg daily , however im unsure of what exactly I should follow

Diet: Right now 2000 calories; Planning on upping the calories after week 2
Lean meat(chicken)
Eggs
Rice
Protein powder occasionally

Bloods:
I did a blood report a week earlier. I dont wanna post the document because it contains a lot of personal details but essentially all of my lipids, thyoid , vitamins etc were in normal range save vitamin d. My estradiol was also in range( I think 27 units) and my test was 7.3 ng/L.

I have a few questions I would really appreciate some help with:

1. I have currently started with 250 mgs for the first week. I havent noticed any side effects as of the first week. I was wondering whether I should titrate up to 500 mg slowly or directly start with 500 next week. If I start with 500 , ill only have 11 weeks worth of gear.

2. Currently , I am trying to cut for the first 2ish week so that I can get down to 15% bodyfat and then lean bulk from there onwards. Essentially I am using the test to retain muscle initially. Do you think this is advisable and if so how aggressive can I cut( Im assuming gear allows more of a calorie deficit without loosing much muscle as compared to cutting naturally).

3. How long does the full effects( physiological and psychological take to kick in completely)? Essentially when should I really start feeling the effects? Also i am currently on a 6 day a week ppl split but am open to reccomendation on other splits.

4.How do I check for estrogen sides(gyno bloating etc ) without bloods because I dont think constantly taking bloods every week is financially feasible for me. Any advice regarding fin for hairloss too.

5. Do you recommend any supplements that I should take? ( Im currently taking fish oil and multi vitamins, as well as a vitamin d supplement since im deficient in that)
Also would hcg be neccessary and if so how to dose it? I would also really appreciate some help regarding pct.

Please feel free to add any general advice that you would give me as a first time user. I would really appreciate the help.

Hey bro, welcome to EVO. Good start to a log. How have you been tracking your macros? I see no mention of protein/carbs/fats so i assume its an estimate? Give MyFitnessPal app a try. You can track your macros better along with weight, cardio amd lifts as well. Just make sure to search "cooked" entries for meats to account for water loss during cooking.

Was this pre-injection blood work? You can post you bloods with your info redacted or cropped out. The brothers will need it to give much better advice. Well its easier than typing everything out. Check mine out, i just crop mine on my phone.

Normally id tell you not to bother cycling til 25, but youve already started. Id stay on your 250mg test weekly until you get week 4 blood work done. Itll take 3-4 weeks to saturate and stabilize for blood work. No rush to dive in. Wait til you see blood work.

As for cutting 3-4% body fat in 2 weeks with a heavy calorie deficit i would advise against even on gear. Your better off sticking to a moderate calorie deficit and adding 1hr cardio sessions to increase calorie expenditure. Or jump straight into your lean bulk since you already pinning test and go into a cut post cycle.

You should probably aim for a recomp cycle instead of cutting then bulking. Gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Instead of locking in at "2 weeks of cut", when you hit your target, go full lean bulk mode. Ill let @LevButlerov advise on this, he loves him some diet advice.

I saw strength gains starting around week 2-3 on trt+ and oily hair and skin around 4. A few pimples here and there. Itll be different for everyobe though.

You PPL 6 day, where are your rest days located?

For estrogen, usually "spicy nipples" is the first thing mentioned. Lol. No need for blood work every week.

Pre-cycle baseline bloodwork
Week 4 Blood work after hormones stabilize
Blood work after later adjustments or additions.
And post cycle bloods to check for return to baseline.

Some guys do pre-pct bloods but you can get away without em. The main thing is after starting cycle or adding a compound and returning to baselines.

Good supplements to add. Organic Psyllium husk powder for digestion. Creatine 10g daily. Side note, for repeating sections in you log like youll see in mine, the supp and gear list, make a copy and paste in notepad for easy logging and adjust when needed.
the first picture is from today and the other two are from a week and a half ago( before I started the cycle). I have lost considerable definition due to water weight. Is there a way to mitigate this aside from losing fat to lower aromatisation.
Nice pics, you should be in the mod que with those, so your log should say approved in a day ish. As for the water weight, it comes with the territory. Test, hgh, creatine all add water. Starting trt+ and hgh i gained 9-10lbs in 2 weeks of just water lol. Creatine at 10g daily added about 4lbs.

As stated above, perhaps a recomp cycle is a better option instead of bulking at 19%.

tamoxifen only wont work you need clomid and hcgenerate as well

cutting is all about diet and training and cardio has nothing to do with Test injections

hey @Mobster ive already been training for about 5 yrs and havent seen much progress recently despite attempting different training approaches and diet styles. I also got down to what im guessing it about 16-17% bodyfat (I may have overestimated a bit in the initial post but the pictures would give you a good idea) and now have enough time to properly commit to the cycle. Thats the reason I assumed starting the cycle now would be ideal. Do you think waiting for a year more would still be more ideal and if so how do I bail on the cycle?

@agentma2 you ask a lot of questions, which is great. I'll answer the first one though. A lot of times you may not notice anything on gear for a few weeks. That's because it takes time for the esters to reach peak concentrations, depending on which ester you are using. In your case you're using an enanthate ester. That will take about four weeks to reach peak concentration in the body.

Bros, I'm proud of you for sure. Nice mix on the food. I like the chicken, eggs, and rice. My wife makes a lot of that. @agentma2

@agentma2 ideally you want to get your body fat under 10%. That should be your number one goal. Maybe look into using Tirzepatide or Reta.

you should use support supps on cycle. n2guard is my pick

with estrogen you need bloods. you won't be able to guess what is going on inside you

don't over rate steroids. the mental and physical effects tend to be way under what people expect.

Great we got some baseline bloods to go off of. As @Ulter mentioned, a glp-1 would help cutting some body fat among other things.

Your vit d defiency, have you got it checked to see if your vit d dose is getting you back in range?

If you decide to add a glp, add organic psyllium husk powder to help with digestion.

Monday 20th-
Pinned my 3rd dose of 125mg
Diet-
Breakfast- 3 eggs and coffee
Lunch -2 chicken breasts, 2 bowls of rice , potatoes, tofu
Dinner- 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 chicken breast, boiled vegetables, rice


Training-
Pull - Weighted pullups 3x5
Pull downs 3x7
Cable curls -3x5
Preacher curls- 3x7
Lat raises- 2 sets to failure

Cardio 5k steps

!! Resting HR- 90 bpm (it has increased from 74 ish)
Blood Pressure- Has dropped down to 116/65 from 124/75

I felt significant paranoia and shortness of breathe as well as some chest tightness last night . I need some advice on this . Is it due to estrogen( i havent started dosing ai) or haematocrit levels?

1. I have currently started with 250 mgs for the first week. I havent noticed any side effects as of the first week. I was wondering whether I should titrate up to 500 mg slowly or directly start with 500 next week. If I start with 500 , ill only have 11 weeks worth of gear.

2. Currently , I am trying to cut for the first 2ish week so that I can get down to 15% bodyfat and then lean bulk from there onwards. Essentially I am using the test to retain muscle initially. Do you think this is advisable and if so how aggressive can I cut( Im assuming gear allows more of a calorie deficit without loosing much muscle as compared to cutting naturally).

3. How long does the full effects( physiological and psychological take to kick in completely)? Essentially when should I really start feeling the effects? Also i am currently on a 6 day a week ppl split but am open to reccomendation on other splits.

4.How do I check for estrogen sides(gyno bloating etc ) without bloods because I dont think constantly taking bloods every week is financially feasible for me. Any advice regarding fin for hairloss too.

5. Do you recommend any supplements that I should take? ( Im currently taking fish oil and multi vitamins, as well as a vitamin d supplement since im deficient in that)
Also would hcg be neccessary and if so how to dose it? I would also really appreciate some help regarding pct.

Please feel free to add any general advice that you would give me as a first time user. I would really appreciate the help.
