Hiya guys, this is my first post here. I recently(about a week ago) decided to to start a test only cycle. I wanted some advice on how to go ahead and with regards to split and intensity/
Stats
Age: 24
Height: 5'11
Weight: 166 lbs
Bodyfat: estimated 18-19%
Training: 5yrs( not very consistent until the last 3 yrs)
Planned Cycle
Test e- 250-500mgs
Arimidex- on hand , havent needed to use it yet
Finasteride- on hand, again havent noticed much
Isotretin- on hand, acne hasnt acted up yet
PCT
Nolvadex - planning on 20-50 mg daily , however im unsure of what exactly I should follow
Diet: Right now 2000 calories; Planning on upping the calories after week 2
Lean meat(chicken)
Eggs
Rice
Protein powder occasionally
Bloods:
I did a blood report a week earlier. I dont wanna post the document because it contains a lot of personal details but essentially all of my lipids, thyoid , vitamins etc were in normal range save vitamin d. My estradiol was also in range( I think 27 units) and my test was 7.3 ng/L.
I have a few questions I would really appreciate some help with:
1. I have currently started with 250 mgs for the first week. I havent noticed any side effects as of the first week. I was wondering whether I should titrate up to 500 mg slowly or directly start with 500 next week. If I start with 500 , ill only have 11 weeks worth of gear.
2. Currently , I am trying to cut for the first 2ish week so that I can get down to 15% bodyfat and then lean bulk from there onwards. Essentially I am using the test to retain muscle initially. Do you think this is advisable and if so how aggressive can I cut( Im assuming gear allows more of a calorie deficit without loosing much muscle as compared to cutting naturally).
3. How long does the full effects( physiological and psychological take to kick in completely)? Essentially when should I really start feeling the effects? Also i am currently on a 6 day a week ppl split but am open to reccomendation on other splits.
4.How do I check for estrogen sides(gyno bloating etc ) without bloods because I dont think constantly taking bloods every week is financially feasible for me. Any advice regarding fin for hairloss too.
5. Do you recommend any supplements that I should take? ( Im currently taking fish oil and multi vitamins, as well as a vitamin d supplement since im deficient in that)
Also would hcg be neccessary and if so how to dose it? I would also really appreciate some help regarding pct.
Please feel free to add any general advice that you would give me as a first time user. I would really appreciate the help.
