First time advice

Ok so i have started the gym again been reading up on the steroid iv got apparently its very strong its called xyenodrol i basicaly need some advice, im currently using usn all in one muscle fuel for suppliment, i have ordered bipolar pre-workout and also some alpha a5's to help with testosterone and milk thistle tablets to help with liver, i havent started taking them yet i wanted to get in the gym for a week and get a little used to the training again, and im not planning on doing a second cycle for atleast 2-3 months after i finish this one, can anyone give me advice about it , thanks

Sorry its pure alphas for testosterone not alpha a5's

I'm a little concerned that your knowledge is next to nothing. Start with reading the article suggested by Muskate then do a search on here for 'perfect PCT'. That you 'want to get in the gym for a week' before you start the cycle is a joke right?
 
By xyenodrol do you mean Oxymetholone? I.e. anadrol?

Hey thanks for the reply, i have read the post and watched the vid what you linked me, i think my main question now is what guard to use i searched n2 guard on google and it came up with some stuff on amazon from ironlabs, but their is so many options as mentioned i did currently buy milk thistle tablets as i was told they were a minimum requirement for helping my liver, but now after reading i think i need something to help with the other side effects, water retention etc i will post a link to the suppliments that i seen thanks. https://www.amazon.co.uk/s/?ie=UTF8...targid=kwd-28107113442&ref=pd_sl_24bu7kjuiv_b

Hey thanks for the reply, yeh the guy i got thease from hes quite a meat head hes big as hell strong and trains constantly,he told me to give it a week of training before starting. Ok baby thats why i wanted to ask for more advice from other people.

hey thanks for getting to me, im not looking to be a huge huge guy, i just want to get bigger, and then maintain a decent size, so i want to do a cycle come off them for a while and train my ass off, i understand thats nkt how steroids work as you start to shrink, but if i have the strength and energy increase for a while from ot surely it will kickstart me in the right direction, so in a nutshell i just want to be bigger and not feel weak at the gym

How old are you ? What is your current body fat%? How long have you been lifting ? What is your diet currently like?
 
Im 27, im not sure about my body fat% it wont be a low% im 5'11 weigh 84.5kg just started going back to the gym so only a week, im dont want to stack just use the ones iv got, my diet i dont really watch it, it consists with meats,rice,oats,fish, and my all in one muscle fuel proteing stuff

Once you learn anything you'll understand most wait a LOT more than after a weeks worth of training.
