Fish Oil Recomendation

I've been using Carlson's Liquid Fish Oil for Decades.

It's 1,600 Mg per Teaspoon.
And it's Filtered for Lead/Cadmium/PCB's/Mercury/and 28 other Contaminants.
Verified by Independent Lab Testing.

Comes in Natural Orange or Lemon Flavor.
Doesn't repeat when taken after a Meal as Recommended........................... JP
P.S.
I've tried both, like the Lemon Flavor the Best.
I get the 16.9 Oz Bottle, has 100 Servings per bottle.

Thanks for the recommendation, it sounds nasty but I will try it. I am used to taking the gel pills

There is not much of a difference between fish oils - just make sure to get a product without additives and of high quality. I don't attach myself to any particular brands in this regard. Also, you may consider using the krill oil available from N2BM. It is a great alternative to fish oil.

I take fish oil, seal oil and krill oil. All 3 are similar but have unique benefits

Fish oil - just go to costco. Look for the highest EPA and DHA content per pill

Krill oil - I buy mine at n2bm.com

Seal oil - what's cool about seal oil is that it contains EPA and DHA like fish oil, but it also contains DPA. An essential fatty acid that is only found in mammal sources of omega 3s like seal. This is the product I use -> http://www.innotechnutrition.com/product/cardiomega-3
