I am 6'9" Tall and have been working out at least 4-5 days a week for the past year (lifting) Taking Whey/Men Multi are there any other things that would benefit in helping in quicker results? Why do results take longer on bigger people? I have not lost much weight just mostly maintained..looking to loose the fat and gain muscle...any suggestions?

you have lankier muscles when you have long limbs.

it isn't necessarily about height. one of the best deadlifters in the world is only 5 4, but he has super long limbs where he can scratch his knees without bending over.

It's not harder on bigger people. I can show you thousands of small people that think the same thing about being small

Usually it comes down to diet. As a larger person you're going to need to eat a lot more to fuel gains than others would.
