Is it possible to keep a lot of your gains from a cycle after coming off or do you just lose everything once you come off, even with proper pct?
 
Yes it is possible. I find that the most effective way to do that is to use compounds such as EQ that, due to their long half-lives, stay in one's system for up to three weeks after final injection. That way, one remains fairly anabolic until the beginning of PCT.
Mental focus is also very important. Following a cycle, a lot of people say to themselves "I'm weak, so I can't train hard," so they don't train hard. They will also have a tendency to "dirty" their dietary habits during post-cycle, thereby further diminishing the odds of retaining their gains. In other words, diet and training are extremely important at all times.
 
Thanks guys. Good to hear. Just doing my research before I do anything. So many people say that you lose everything but I was thinking they were relying on drugs to make up for other deficiencies like training, diet etc

Highly depends on your recovery, training, and diet.

The most common mistakes, why you see some guys losing gains are:
> losing motivation
> not dieting as hard as they should
> not training as hard as on cycle
> psychological feeling of going down just because you dont have it in your system

If you do everything properly, you might see a small dip, but thats all. Incorporating SARMS in PCT personally helped me not to lose a single lbs and even keep on growing
 
You most certainly will keep gains if you do things properly. A lot of guys let things slide once they come off. They don't have the same feeling and mentally it can be tough when you aren't lifting as heavy. What you really have to focus on is continuing to train as hard as you can and don't let the diet slide. You really need to make sure you run the perfect PCT as well. This will be very important in recovery and keeping gains...

most guys who use steroids quit on training and lose it all.. so the answer is yes

I have many friends who are the 'workout only on steroids' mentality and they look worse and worse.. no progression at all

if this isn't a lifestyle you have embraced yet then just stay natty, otherwise you are wasting your money and sacrificing your reproductive health for nothing
 
Most probably you won't be able to keep the 100% of the gains. However, you can keep most of it if you run a proper PCT. Remember, what matters the most are the gains you can keep after ending the cycle, not the gains on cycle, and the best way of keeping those gains is running a good PCT.
 
To avoid disappointment I'd shoot for keeping about 50% of gains. When the pounds start coming off and the muscles lose their steroid fullness, there is a physiological matter that seems to snowball and there goes the world.

Strong mind you'll keep strong muscle.

Also. When you come off, your cycle is usually at its very peak. Meaning you've never felt better in your life.

I think tapering off a cycle is underrated only for the psychological effects. At least so your swimming closer to natural test levels entering into pct.
 
here are my advice:keeping motivation.dieting as hard as on cycle , as well as training .keep your mental positive
 
running a good pct is very important for a cycle, it can help you keep your most of your gains in this cycle

most guys have their gains from one cycle last to the next cycle , for the ones that dont believe that just quit using for a couple years , you will end up the same size you were to begin with unless you used hgh those gains can be permanant.
 
I think this depends on many things...the compounds you choose to run, your diet post cycle, your pct, your training after your cycle are a few biggies.

For me I know I tend top be even crazier about my diet when I'm off...And I fight to train at the same level I did if not harder when I'm off.

I know many guys who only train when they are on....I just don't understand it.

Ive been off for 5 weeks now and I haven't lost any strength or size.

After you come off if your pct,.diet and training are on point and well thought out....You shouldn't have any issues.
