getting leaner on cardazol

hello my good friends on here, i am currently using cardarine GW at 20mg a day and i want to add in some cardazol too with it. it says online at banned nutrition that they stack well together. how much cardazol am i suppose to stack with the cardarine and how long can i run it before coming off?
