I’m looking to try GHK and see what kind of benefits I can get for my bad hips and knees.
I used to play a lot of basketball and it really took a toll on my joints.
Now I am 48 and things seem to get much harder especially when it’s cold weather outside.
I’m wondering about using 1 mg per day and if that would be a good dose to start with?
