you want to start from a young age taking care of your body
1. hot yoga 1-2X per week MANDATORY
2. use an inversion table 3-4X per week (everyday would be great they are cheap on amazon)

4. never build up imbalances in the gym. yes you need to work your legs and back (most guys only care about arms, chest and shoulders)
