I was wondering what the deal is with Glutamic Acid, how does it compare to L-Glutamine or Glutamine peptides. If I am getting 9-15 g of Glutamic Acid from my Whey Shakes now should I be concerned about having L-Glutamine or Glutamine Peptide added to my supplementation? Would it be nessacary?

They are, in effect, all the same thing.

No it wouldn't be necessary
 
if you want to pick an amino acid then pick agmatine sulfate. the others aren't worth a damn

Technically speaking it's actually not an amino acid but rather a metabolite of it.
If I had to pick one amino acid that'd be leucine which is out of the 9 essential amino acids the most important one for stimulating muscle protein synthesis.

this is true which reinforces my point that amino acids are a waste

and even in agmatine's case it is still going to be found within our body. supplementing sulfate is an option and based on what i've read on it seems to be pretty promising
