I just got some glutamine and was thinking about taking it before bed. I worked out at 1:00pm today and already feel sore from squats. Would a juice of some sort help it "work" better or faster?

No and no. See the current thread on Glutamine.

Glutamine in a non-essential amino acid. Meaning that your body can manufacture it itself.

Glutamine supplements aren't very helpful IMO

Take after workout and before bed. You can also take pre workout. 5g each time

I have not seen any literature backing this up.
Besides I would rather lean towards taking complete protein sources before hitting the sack rather than a single amino acid which by the way is non-essential to begin with.
