Got bloods done 4 days after PCT ended...

My "TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL WITH REFLEX TO FREE" value came back at 1,221. I ran an anvar only cycle for 5 weeks at 60mg a day and did a full month of nolva at 40/40/20/20. Obviously I got my bloods too soon but I'm still surprised my test levels came back so high after a full month off cycle. Thoughts on this? Is having such high levels just after pct normal? Don't get me wrong I'm stoked but just looking for some insight since I'm a noob. Also full disclosure, I didn't get any bloods prior to starting my cycle (Stupid I know) I'm only 29 so I assumed I was healthy and everything but since I don't know what my test levels were pre-cycle maybe I'm just naturally this high? lol yeah I know probally not, I'm just dreading if my doctor is gonna confront me about gear usage when we go over the results of my test on Tuesday :/

It was just through my normal doctor, I just finally got healthcare through my work and I met with her for the first time two weeks ago. Since I'm about to turn 30 she suggested a full blood profile 23 tests in all and I asked her if she could check my test as long as we were doing everything else.

Well.. Good luck explaining that....

Hey at least on the plus side all my liver tests came back right in the middle of normal ranges. My ALT is on the higher range of 26 but still well within normal. What should I do if my doctor brings up gear? Deny everything and switch doctors? Tell the truth? She seems pretty cool we bro'd down for a good hour during my first appointment. Besides we have confidentiality so I cant get in any real trouble, right?

bro depends on relationship with doctor.....if not trusted maybe dont discuss AAS use...

What were your baseline test levels before the cycle? In other words what is your test level when you are completely clean from any AAS use? Just re-read your post, I see you didn't get pre-cycle bloods. So it's kind of hard to tell what the 1,221 number means relative to your baseline levels.

But yeah 1,221 seems high especially if you're more than a month removed from an Anavar only cycle. Unless of course you're just naturally that high, but as I recall 1,221 would be on the super high end of "normal". Maybe don't run anything for another 6 weeks and re-test, see where you are then.

Good Luck!

clomid takes 2 weeks roughly to clear your system so if it is still in your system then yeah it will manipulate your numbers

at this point you wasted your money doing blood work, all it proves is your clomid is real

clomid will cause your LH, FSH and test levels to rise. unfortunately this is temporary, once it is out of your system those numbers will crash. I would have not chosen to run a SERM only pct in this situation at all. I would of told you to run osta and a test booster for 4 weeks instead so your hormones do not roller coaster

The Nolvadex is still Artificially Inflating your TT #'s.
It's Half-Life is 14 Days.
So just tell your Doctor that you used it alone.................................... JP
P.S.
You want to wait between 4 to 6 Weeks after finishing PCT to get your Blood work done.

You did your bloods way too early after PCT, so I would not trust those figures. Wait as @jp said - 4-6 weeks, and you will get real numbers with a realistic vision of the situation.

The nolvadex artificially raised your testosterone levels. You are kind of in a pickle. I would be honest with your doctor if he/she brings it up. There is no way you can really talk your way out of this one. You don't need to explain everything, just say you used nolvadex for a month prior to getting the blood work done and ask to get the blood work re-done in a months time.

Wait 4-6 weeks after you finish the PCT to get blood work done.

Normal clinical levels are up to 1500 so whats the problem

Like SD said, the range goes up higher than your test levels so there may not be an issue anyway. If the doc said something about it I would just say I've been taking some test boosters. Most docs don't know enough about test levels to be very suspicious anyway. I would think it would be harder trying to explain why you were running Nolva in the first place.
