Some guys say 10mg in the AM, then 10mg in the PM. And other guys say take all 20mg all at once. I have tried it both ways,
For me, I get the same effect each way, no diff for me. That's just what I exp. Some other dude may have a different exp.
Does not really make that much of a difference when you take it. However, I take it in the morning, no matter if I do or don't cardio, and then another dose before working out during the day.
