I'm sure that somewhere this has been addressed to many times, but I don’t seem to be able to find someone laying out the facts. I have seen the study that talks about the damage that GW could do on your liver, but no evidence to say that it doesn’t, or to repudiate the study. Could someone please make it clear to me the effects of GW on your liver and explain why? Cell death? Fibrosis? I would truly appreciate it!

the bottom line is this type of thing is found when people are using fake GW that is laced with pro hormones. if you use real cardarine/GW you will not have liver issues. make sure you always buy the sarms1 brand !

I've been cycling GW for a while now, no liver issues. I get bloods done every 3 - 4 months.
Assuming you are using real legitimate SARMS that come in a research chemical liquid, SARMS do not effect your liver, blood pressure or cholesterol levels.
SARMS can only be legally sold as a research chemical liquid. Any capsulated SARMS product is most likely going to be fake or laced with a pro-hormone. A pro-hormone WILL effect your liver, blood pressure or cholesterol levels.
That's why you hear so much misinformation about SARMS. Someone will purchase fake SARMS that are actually pro-hormones and get side effects. They then assume that SARMS cause side effects but they were never actually using SARMS! They were using pro-hormones.

I have used sarms1 GW for quite some time and get blood work myself. I have never seen elevated liver enzymes while taking Cardarine. A side not to my results is that I take N2Guard year round as well.
