Guys I'm new, I apologize if I have posted this in the wrong place. But I took msten a little over 2 years ago.. all went well so stupid me didn't take a pct. About 3 months later I had a lump appear and since then it has gotten bigger and my nipple has gotten puffier. I decided to try and fight this with nolva fed. I have ran it 20/20/40 and I'm currently on my 4th week. It seams to have gotten worse while on the nolva... any help would be great!
i'm not sure who told you to use nolva by itself for gyno. probably some guy who gets his info from books from the 80's or something

Okay do I need to taper off the nolva or can I quit it completely?
follow the antigyno protocol, it includes nolva in it

You can just stop using the nolva, no need to taper or anything like that. I am not familiar with the anti gyno protocol posted to this site but the moderators here are pretty good, so I am sure following what is outlined there will most likely cure the issue.

The key with the anti-gyno protocol is to run it from start to finish just like an antibiotic. If you stop early it may come back so you need to do the whole thing.

Just start the protocol as soon as you can and follow it through till the very end.
You need to make sure you get rid of it and hope it does not come back. Otherwise you might need a surgery.
