When I do dumbell press exercises, when they basically pressure my wrists, the palms of my hands start hurting pretty badly. Is this because the dumbells are not of a good shape, or there is something wrong with my form? I do use gloves, but they do not really make it much better for the palms. The pain is quite sharp, like when you carry around a plastic bag with bad handles, that feel like cutting your palms.
