having a hard time keeping gains

hi, i have a question, i have 2 cycles under my belt already,
but it is so hard for me to keep gains, usually after 4 weeks
of my cycle i start loosing mass and strentgh and it happens really quick,
i work out the same and my diet is the same as when i`m cycling, what can i do?

I need more Info.
How long are your Cycles ?

Do you mean 4 Weeks after your Cycle is finished, during PCT, that you're losing Mass ?

If so, this can be mitigated by a change in your lifting routine, to Higher Rep Training, and Very High Rep Training.
And your Diet should also be changing, if anything during PCT, you should endeavor to Eat Cleaner.................................... JP
P.S.
Loss of Focus is another reason, as your Strength may not be the same.
This is why you must change your Training to Adapt.
It's all about Adapting to Changes On and Off-Cycle.
 
I am curious as to how much of a base you built before using steroids.

also what compounds are you using.. tren gains are damn well impossible to keep. example. I always smash PR's on the stuff. you won't sniff your PR again without it going forward.

what kind of PCT are you doing? you won't keep much with a bad PCT
 
A good PCT will have a lot to do with you keeping or losing gains. If you follow the Perfect PCT (link above) you will have a much better chance of keeping your gains. It goes much further than the old school 2 SERM PCT by including aromasin, HCGenerate ES, Ostarine, and Cardarine.
 
...or maybe the cycle does not have an AI component. Then your "gains" are often all water. Its easy to have a half arsed diet and training program when taking test only. You get "big" real quick due to water retention. Then when you come off cycle, PCT or no PCT, you lose all that water weight. "Gains" gone.

Mebbe post your cycles plus an overview of your diet and training. You need all three on point to get "gains"......... bro.

This is actually kinda normal to lose some gains because you cannot maintain the stuff which you build on tons of gear. Thats not how our bodies work
 
Many people underestimate the great importance of a proper PCT and the use of the right ancillaries. Whithout both of those things, all efforts will be in vain, and the cycle will be basically pointless. Therefore, never underestimate the importance of running a good PCT after a cycle (such as the perfect PCT protocol), and using the right ancillaries right from the beginning of the cycle. Without additional information, it is quite hard to tell what are the possible reasons for your problem.

Stevesmi my question is directed to you because I've read several of your posts and replies and I was considering tren next cycle myself. You said it is next to impossible to keep teen gains...do you mean impossible to keep ALL strength gains, do you mean to keep the physique? And what pointer might you offer to retain some of the strength gains if you don't plan to cycle it regularly? I just came off of nandrolone and I feel that I am positively in a better place than I was pre cycle strength wise

Tren gains are impossibile to keep? Is because of improper PCT? Or using too big a dose from stat? I am starting Ten soon, but I do not want all gains to just evaporate when done!! Besides perfect PCT, what can I do to keep them?
