also whats better 2mg at bed or 1mg 2x ed

This happened to me for probably the first week or two when starting GH, it will pass. I take my full dose 3.33iu first thing in the morning.

HGH has a lot of side effects. I found starting off with 1iu and SLOWLY increasing over a period of time I was able to avoid many. HGH is a marathon not a sprint so it's an investment over a long period of time. No need to rush with the dosage.

Sounds like a pretty interesting side effect. Haven't heard many complain about that.
As far as spacing the dosage goes I think it's a good idea.

I'd do it first in the morning (empty stomach) and the second after working out.

I agree with the morning dose. I tend to do that with everything. Or just before training for maximum nutrient uptake.

This is true I get a little headache the first few days also. I was using some Chinese HGH so who knows. I have some quality US grade HGH on the way right now and hopefully the purity will eliminate some of the sides.
