On my log I will share my day-to-day work and give the members here an in-depth look into the daily life of the fitness girl.

I am Helen Sánchez better known in networks such as Hellen_23fit, guest athlete and sponsored by N2BM Nutrition; I am 28 years old, I am from Bogotá Colombia, a multifunctional athlete since I was 15 years old, passionate about sports and healthy cooking.

I confess that I have lived different stages with my physical process, after having gone through and overcome obesity and an eating disorder due to an addiction to sweets and carbs. Every day I try to find a balance, but above all a purpose with my body, that is why I decided to specialize in fitness and study sports nutrition and physical training, seeking to improve myself and help other people to find self-love. through a healthy and manageable lifestyle.

A great solution is to incorporate small changes throughout life, that's why this is not bad, for me it is admirable The people who do it and we must bear in mind that this is done according to physical needs and how it works best to carry a program, but in my case, it did not work for me, and I add to this that also my stomach was inflamed all the time, so most of my time I was stressed and very overwhelmed; However, to be more realistic, maintaining this lifestyle Fitness is not economical at all, so I also resorted to implementing this lifestyle, since my life is completely easier.
So, my dear readers to complement the objective of this post, I tell you how I start my mornings:
first I get up at 4:30 am I do my meditation procedure, since for me, feeding back my mind and body through the energy of the universe, especially in the morning hours is a great start to better project things to made on the day or week.
After finishing I proceed to take a capsule of N2 Slim and jump loop for an hour, followed by this little cardio totally fasting and a little intense I drink a liter of water with lemon juice and a glass of apple cider vinegar, which for me is a natural and effective antioxidant supplement that helps you better regulate your metabolism (it is highly recommended to have a drink with water before each meal).

From there I continue my way to the gym to train for an hour of weights, today my training was incredible, I worked one of the parts of the upper body that I like the most, back and triceps, so I started doing:

- One-handed dumbbell 3 sets of 20 reps
- One-hand pulley row 3 sets of 30 for each arm
- Open chin-up 3 sets of 10 reps
- weighted push ups
- deadlift 3 sets of 20 with moderate weight
- superman 4 sets of 20 reps
- two-handed rowing on the bench

3 EXERCISES FOR TRICEPS:
Band pulldown 4 sets of 20 reps
Closed push-ups with a 25-pound disc on the back 12 reps 3 sets
dumbbell extension 4 sets of 15 reps
dumbbell french press


finally, finish with 30 minutes on the stair climber.

1) What toxins precisely?
2) How does a tea do this? Via the sweat, urine or bowels?
3) Which of the ingredients? Green tea, Lemon juice and Peppermint tea.

Indeed. You can help those organs (letting them do their job) stay healthy with some teas (at best) and certainly with herbals like N2Guard. To be successful in your plan, ADHERENCE is key in planning your meals in advance so as not to have to spend all day in the kitchen, I always leave my meals prepared on weekends in order to optimize time and thus avoid going out to eat things. . . that I don't need.

The fact is that when I started training it cost me a job of about a year and apply a fairly consistent diet of eating 6 meals a day, 100% guaranteed supplementation and a crazy obsession to get these legs; I trained them 3 times a week, from that moment on I gradually increased the weight, which did not cost me much because I have always had enough strength and endurance in my legs. Today I constantly train my legs but with a more moderate load with an average of repetitions that I did as follows:

MONDAY

Today I constantly train my legs but with a more moderate load with an average of repetitions that I did as follows:

MONDAY
I first start by doing a set of 3 rounds of 100 deep squats
followed by these I make scissors with a disk on top of my hands going back and forth long steps, also 3 laps.


I START WITH QUADRICEPS
- LEG EXTENSION, 1 round with moderate weight of 100 repetitions, followed by 3 series of 30,20 and 15
- Lateral displacement with band and a disk on the arms back and forth.
- Dumbbell scissors 3 rounds of 15 to 20 reps
- Pistol squat


SECOND ROUND
- One leg press (4 rounds of 15 reps per leg)
-Close squats on the smit with moderate weight
- Dumbbell deadlift with a short stretch (4 rounds of 20 reps of moderate weight)
- Single leg squat
- Hip thrust
- Raise the heel of the machine
Combine 30 minute looping jumps with each exercise


I apply this routine on Mondays and also some of these exercises on Saturdays, but I will tell about that very soon about how my leg training is on day 3.

For me it is very beneficial to train on an empty stomach since my body responds with an energy that I do not believe, and I say my God that it is incredible how the body can respond correctly, and this is due to the fat reserves that my body has, I've been pushing it to use it and produce a glycogen depletion, you get me?
However, I generate greater concentration in all workouts, no matter how heavy I train, I always train with more energy.

I have run from 10 to 20 kilometers on an empty stomach, which for me is an extraordinary achievement because when I do these kinds of routines I feel much better, but the most beneficial thing about all this is that it generates greater metabolic flexibility and my body is grateful for all the food I give him. Ami, all this works super well for me because of the nutritional base that I carry, as I have been saying sometimes like twice a day or 3 times a day but I give my body an excellent quality of protein and vitamins so that it works well During my training trajectory and not having to go through dizziness or headaches, it should be clarified that at the beginning of this whole process I went through these dizziness and headaches since for my body and mind it was a new strategy that I was applying; but that with time and an excellent mental training I achieve it.

Initially I started with a not very heavy fasting training to adapt my body to its new lifestyle, likewise at the end of the training I drank water with amino acids and this compensated and hydrated me.
Fasting training undoubtedly optimizes the use of fat, so this is not for everyone, it works very well for me because I feel better and my body performs better, therefore when I give it food it processes it efficiently, all this In my case, more training on an empty stomach is not something that will help you lose weight but perhaps if it helps you to generate a better energy expenditure, he also clarified that this is something that should be introduced progressively.

Many people often generate controversy that training with a girdle is good or bad, and that it is useless at all, which for me is quite the opposite because in my particular case I have been using it for 4 years, so I think it is something very useful especially for people who are like me and whose abdomen is square; I explain, in my physical process it has worked perfectly for me and it has not done me any harm, of course this is not to lose weight but it does help you shape the waist and have a contracted abdomen.

This has worked incredibly for me since my abdomen does not have a pear silhouette, I can stand on my side and look with a little waist but I posed from the front and I am very square, which for me is very scary and sad.

As I was saying, I have been using the girdle to train for a while, that must be clarified that my great results are not because of the girdle but because of the excellent diet that I have; I do not use the girdle to train but if I use it after finishing my training and leave it on for at least 5 hours, I do not like to use it during training because I feel that it does not let me breathe and it also blocks the effort I put into the abdomen when I do weights high intensity.


There are many types of girdles and for all kinds of occasions, such as shaping girdles and reducing girdles, that is why I have NEVER believed in reducers. For me if you want to lose weight you just have to eat well and that's it, there it is. There are many more of these girdles and with different purposes.
